Pros:

We got upgraded to a slightly bigger room for free, with a balcony and fireplace which was nice. The small kitchenette is handy to have breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect. There is parking but the visitors parking is also free and a 6-min walk away. We didn’t have a chance to try the pool or the jacuzzi but if I had stayed another day I would have done!

Pros:

Fijn apartement hotel. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Kamers zijn ruim en voorzien van alle gemak. Ligging is ideaal, direct naast de lift en winkels.

Great mountain, hotel and location but very disappointing front desk service
Pros:

Great location but very disappointing service! Just 2 minutes walk from all restaurants and the area felt very safe even for teens walking around on their own. The sauna, gym and pool were excellent. If you are looking for very quiet place this hotel may not be the best choice.

Cons:

Front desk service seriously need improvement! Their service was by far the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel. We stayed from Saturday to Thursday and received Zero room cleaning during our entire stay. On the third day we asked the front desk why our room had not been cleaned. We were told that housekeeping is provided every two days but that never happened. We ended up taking out our own trash and wet and dirty towels collected in the room and going to the from desk ourselves for clean towels and basic amenities such as coffee, shampoo. The front desk was also difficult to reach by phone and was not very helpful when we had questions. I asked multiple times over two days how the sauna worked but they were not able to explain it properly. I figured it out myself: the temperature is set automatically when you select the time and you need to wait a little while for it to reach the max temperature. In the pictures below you can see all the dirty and wet towels that we had to collect and keep in our hallway throughout our stay. We had to change bed sheets ourselves too! Sofa is not comfortable for sleeping as well.
