Cons:

The hotel has to cancel due to the pump issue. It would be better if the hotel could text me in booking earlier. So, I could find another hotel without losing the time

Basic Room sub par
Pros:

The property was great for location, it was a two minute walk to Rose Revolution Square where tour groups meet for pick up. I had two tours in two days and the pick up and drop off point was convenient. That was the main reason I rented a room at this hotel.

Cons:

Room is quite old, not any updated renovations, bed is not very comfortable, there is no TV or ceiling fan, above the mirror in the bathroom. There are exposed wires, my last day there the Internet/Wi-Fi did not work so I had to walk to the Radisson Hotel to get Wi-Fi so I could book a Bolt taxi ride to the airport

Not reliable personel
Pros:

I liked nothing since it was not possible to check in or make any proper arrangements with personel.

Cons:

At arrival no one was present, Bonnie picked up the phone, before arrival an email was sent regarding stay which was never answered. So I was forced to look for a different place asap. Next day I confronted lady present at the location I made new arrangements which AGAIN were not honored. So Triple Eight Hotel failed big time and I cancelled my later booking with them.

Pros:

Location is great but a little bit noisy

Cons:

Rooms need to be repaired immediately. WiFi is really poor, water stream it the bathroom is really poor and it’s hard to take a shower. Location and staff are great, but now it is overpriced unfortunately. Bad experience

Pros:

酒店位置非常棒，离地铁站、火车站、公交车站都很近，出行方便。周边几百米范围内就有餐厅、超市和money change（汇率和自由广场那边一样）。
设施稍微有点旧，但干净和舒适程度没有问题。性价比很不错。
酒店老板人非常友好，为我提供了一切需要多帮助，把自己的洗衣机借给我使用，晚上还请我在门口等酒吧喝了啤酒，我度过了在格鲁吉亚期间最棒的一晚上。

Pros:

Close to the Rustaveli metro station ~10 mins walk (note- you need to walk down a set of stairs while coming from the metro station to reach this hotel)
Was peaceful enough in the night
