Pros:

Accommodating staff, we arrived after midnight, very good value for money.

Cons:

The room smells cigarette. Wish there is an option of non–smoking room.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Stand. Die Unterkunft lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Wir haben 2 mal das Zimmer gewechselt, da das erste dreckig war und das zweite nach kaltem Rauch roch.

Ok for a quick sleep, but not for staying longer. Needs cleaning and renovation.
Pros:

The location is good, right in the centre of the city. The staff was nice. The room had a refrigerator. Old but clean towels.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation and cleaning. It was mold on the ceiling and walls, different spots. Lots of dust on the bed headboard. The bathroom was quite old (shower and toilet). Not clean enough also. The bed was old and not comfortable.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé à proximité de la station de métro rustaveli. Je suis arrivée tôt le matin je pensais laisser mes affaires mais ils ont pu me proposer une chambre disponible tout de suite. Le personnel est aimable.

Cons:

La chambre est assez sommaire et je trouve que les photos montrées ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA
Pros:

Grande delusione

Cons:

Struttura pessima, vecchia, sporca, carente di tutto. Le foto assolutamente sono un grande inganno.
Terrazza non accessibile, peli sulle mattonelle del bagno, lampadine mancanti.
Questa splendida città non merita un posto del genere. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Minden rendben volt, a fürdőszoba lehetett volna tisztább és modernebb, sajnos a csak is szétjött nekünk. A többi dolog mind szuper volt☺️

Receptionist was friendly and tried to fix problems (that were not directly his fault but eventually he is responsible for quality of service and rooms)

Cons:

When checking in card machine did not work. When paying with cash, there was no change (”forced tip”). When going into room, there was towels for only one person despite room was booked for two. There was no toilet paper at all in the room. Bathroom had only shampoo (no soap). Towel in toilet was dirty. When the fourth error was noticed, I had enough and left the hotel and searched another one. Only thing that I can compliment the hotel was that the receptionist seemed sorry and tried to fix problems when noticed and returned the cash paid at first. Overall a poor experience and cannot recommend :(

Pros:

This hotel may have been ok once but it has been thoroughly neglected. The room was really large and the bathroom was fine but it had a stale smell that I couldn't get rid of. The 'reception' and downstairs area were bare and run down.

Great location for a reasonaly cheap Tbilisi visit!

DO NO BOOK. Its a sham fraud.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property. It had zero facilities. The owner cheated us. We booked a family room and he gave us a small room. The pictures shown on booking.com are incorrect. The hotel looks nothing like that. The Ac doesn’t work. There is no restaurant. There are no facilities. No water is provided. No cleaning is provided.

Cons:

1. No facilities
2. Gave a different room and not the family room we booked.
3. The only staff on the premises was a manager who was always drunk and was smoking outside the premises.
4. No cleaning done in 3 days
5. Even location is bad. There are several other hotels which are better
6. We had to drag our suitcases up a set of staircases to 1st floor.
7. Everything was broken - window, bathroom door, ac, taps, bed, everything

Cons:

The room we got looked nothing like the pictures at all! Water boiler was dirty and had an ooze-like substance inside. The air conditioner made a raining/windy sound the whole time. The reviews shows happy guests so we gave this hotel a go, but everything was very much the opposite of what you expect.
