We stayed just 1 night but it was a great experience. Clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Pedí habitación para dos personas con cama king siece que su precio era más elevado y les dieron a mis papás habitación con dos camas matrimoniales que su precio era menor
No me pude hospedar por que??? Porque booking dice no realizar los cargos que los encargados son el hoteel y el hotel dice que solo booking es el que puede hacer el cobro

La ubicación del lugar es excelente , el personal realmente súper atento te dan informe de lo que necesites , el lugar siempre limpio cálido….igual nos ofrecieron tours el cual tomamos …el guía Carlos Adrián excelente …
Quizás la iluminación de las habitaciones demasiado tenue pero es algo que se puede dejar pasar !!
La ubicación es privilegiada para moverte dentro y fuera de la ciudad, el estacionamiento es pequeño pero suficiente para lo que pude percibir
La ubicación, la atención y la limpieza.
Que no hay servicio de desayuno, teniendo una hermosa palapa que no se ocupa y ahí estaría super qué ofrecieran un desayuno americano!
The hotel is located within blocks of the Zocalo which is the center of the heart of the city. It is a 5-10 minute walk the main attractions as well as the main markets. It is hard to find decent hotels near the center of the town given its history and the cities efforts preserve it. This hotel was not only in a great location but it also had AC and a pool which is very rare to find in Oaxaca.
The beds and pillows were a bit hard for our comfort and the wifi did not work very well.

It was clean and central.
That was the only positive side.
They don’t have any restaurant, cafeteria or any king of small snacks or drink service. I even asked for a cup of hot water to be able to make my tea in the room and the couldn’t even provide that.
The rooms are to basic, no place where to hang the towels in the bathroom, limited soap and toilet paper, no safe box, the fan didn’t work, not possible to connect one’s mobile to the tv.
The staffs was lazy and not so much helpful

Friendly staff who were very helpful, organised us a taxi to airport when they realised we were being overcharged! A little walk into the main town but very easy and meant it was quieter at night.
