No hay atención al cliente como dicen si quieres algo búscalo tú mismo quieres una toalla tú tienes que ir hasta el mostrador por ella no hay personal .

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Las ventanas y puertas no tienen cortinas o algún método para que la habitación este oscura y se pueda descansar. Las instalaciones ya lucen viejas, sobre todo los baños. No pusieron las toallas necesarias y el papel de baño de la calidad más baja.

Oaxaca para turistear!!!

Los recepcionistas muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con mucha amabilidad.

Cons:

Yo fui a descansar, no pude hacerlo porque las chicas que asean las habitaciones empujan puertas y hacen un ruido que no te deja dormir.... Desde muy temprano!!! Si vas a descansar, es imposible!!!

Vacaiones en Oaxaca Desde Hermosillo
Pros:

Ubicacion muy buena, esta muy centrico, personal muy amable, muy serviciales, cuando regrese a Oaxaca me hospedare ahi mismo

Cons:

El WiFi fallaba no se podia ver la TV no se si era nada mas en Mi Habitacion o en gral todo el Hotel

5 night stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was cleaned once a day with towels and water. Room had a balcony area which is enjoyable after a long day of exploring. Pool lovely for a cool off. Location is further away from city centre than expected, we would probably stay closer to the Centre if we had to visit Oaxaca city again.

Cons:

During our stay there was multiple families with children, at times it could get very noisy as the rooms all look out at the pool.
The facilities in the room is limited.

Santa Helena Plaza hotel was very clean, comfortable, safe, peaceful. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Family friendly environment. Pool was exceptional, clean, relaxing.

Pros:

Beautiful place, perfect location, nice receptionists, and very clean. This place has all the potential to be a 5 star place. They should make the room more welcoming, change the old towels, add a mini-fridge, things like that.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and water in the pool was always off, the lounge area/bar unusable. The towels are too old, they should buy new ones.

Un hotel bonito, cómodo, pero hay que solicitar cama blanda (si es un tema para ti) desde la reserva
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza y arquitectura del hotel. Además, la atención fue muy cálida y procuraron atender nuestras necesidades de la mejor manera.

Cons:

Las habitaciones con cama King no tienen ventanas, lo que puede ser un tema para algunos. Y por otro lado, tienen habitaciones donde el colchón es muy duro y la base es de madera, lo que endurece más la cama; afortunadamente el hotel cuenta con camas más blandas. Si este es un tema para ti considera incluir esta solicitud al momento de hacer tu reserva.
