I cannot wait to come back next year; it's literally a perfect destination for my wife and me.
Pros:

The staff was an absolute joy, kind, helpful, and genuine. The room was a wonderful size; the bed was so comfortable. The location of this DoubleTree was, without exaggeration, directly across the street from the event I came to Canada for and was even part of the event. Being located in the heart of London, I was able to experience so many local food spaces and get a feel for Canadian life; it was nothing short of breathtaking.

Room was small and not the same liook as the pictures, more ran down and the bedding A- skirt was wrinkled - just not ideally perfect look, coffee machine did not make coffee in the morning

Not modernized. They are not Thankful for your business. Your name did not meet expectations!
Pros:

It was old and out of date. Need to modernize.

Cons:

The drive from the interstate was brutal, horrid, and horrific. Its not your fault but London must do a better job of updating and construction of their streets.

Lovely hotel, clean, rooms were great, staff were excellent!
Pros:

We ate dinner at the restaurant within the hotel (Blake’s Bar and Bistro). Staff were fabulous, food was excellent.

Cons:

Area felt unfortunately not very safe, not the hotel’s fault.
