Ci hanno cambiato due televisori, non c'è illuminazione notturna, se non avessimo avuto la torcia del cellulare rischiavamo di inciampare.Se sporcarvi i bicchieri in dotazione per bere ancora dovevi lavarli, erano solo due, due cucchiai e tre tazze.
Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre, sei immersa nella natura e fra i boschi, entra di tutto e di più.
La piscina senza il bagnino e molto trascurata.
Peccato, perché ha un potenziale enorme, se continuano a trascurarlo perderanno clienti, noi dopo quattro anni non abbiamo visto nessuna miglioria, anzi

Großzügig, einladend , auch beim Late Check in sehr aufmerksam

Cons:

Außenanlagen offenbar in südländischer Qualität gestaltet , sehr wartungsintensiv. Zahnloser Frühstückskellner „überrascht“ dass man kein rohes Ei und dafür aber einen Kaffee zum Frühstück möchte.

Un piacevole soggiorno in Maremma
Pros:

Bella struttura immersa nel verde che consente una vacanza davvero rilassante. Dista circa 35 minuti dal mare ma è comoda per visitare i bellissimi borghi nei dintorni.
La struttura è pulita e accogliente, così come il personale, con buona organizzazione degli spazi. Piscina pulita e ben tenuta con lettini ed ombrelloni disposti intorno.
Buona colazione con molte opzioni dolci e anche qualche opzione di salato. Per il pranzo è possibile usufruire del bar che offre piatti freddi molto buoni. È presente il ristorante per la cena ma non ne abbiamo usufruito.
Consigliamo vivamente per staccare la spina dalla routine quotidiana!

Cons:

Adotterei dei dispenser per sapone, gel doccia e shampoo in modo da evitare le bustine monouso, che a volte non vengono finite sprecando così il prodotto all'interno.

Location suggestiva, molto bella.

Cons:

Sapevamo che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata e solo 1 ventilatore ma in un relais a 4 stelle si ipotizza che possa essere sufficiente, che le strutture abbiano una anche minima coibentazione. No. Struttura calda come l'inferno, solo 2 porte finestra una di queste esposta al sole, di ferro con vetro singolo, senza zanzariere. La scelta era dormire con le porte aperte con possibilità di far entrare cani, topi o anche persone oltre ad insetti o crepare di caldo. Ventilatore cigolante, alla richiesta di averne un altro (prenotato per 3, 2 stanze diverse) ci è stato negato. Lavastoviglie rotta (non prevista ma se è rotta perché lasciarla li?) rubinetto della cucina rotto, interruttore del bagno rotto, televisore rotto. Tempestivamente un uomo gentile tutto fare ha sostituìto rubinetto e televisore, sistemato l'interruttore. Una volta ripristinata l'acqua in cucina, si allagava la casetta e nulla ha potuto fare nei 2gg successivi. Letti cigolanti e scomodi (notevolmente imbarcati). Infine la piscina, bella, pulita ma il primo giorno qualcosa è andato storto con il cloro, esageratamente acida, bruciavano gli occhi, irritazione pelle, sapore acido! Peccato, il potenziale è alto ma gestito male, per un posto simile e a quel prezzo, un cliente si aspetta ed esige tutt'altro.

Služby v gastronomii. Snídaně stejná, ale dostačující. V poledne otevřené pouze malé bistro.
