Was okay for one night, but wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately :(
Pros:

It’s a lovely old building in the centre, close to all amenities and it was clean

Cons:

There’s no main light in the room, just 1 very dim table lamp on the one side of the bed,
No bedside table on the other side of the bed,
The bed was extremely soft and has certainly seen better days,
The washbasin is in the bedroom, there’s nowhere to hang your towels, or store toiletries in the shower,
No mirror in the bathroom either
We can’t comment on the staff as it’s self check in so didn’t see anybody at all,
It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful old building, but needs some attention to detail

It's central, but if you can afford to pay a little more for somewhere better I would
Pros:

Well, it is in the centre of the upper part of Bridgnorth if that's vital to you and you're on a tight budget. Otherwise, put your hand a bit deeper in your pocket and look elsewhere.

Cons:

Noisy, uncomfortable, and the two nearest car parks are £1.40 per hour i.e. £12 per day. I met other guests as we fumbled on the pavement with our phones in the rain and the dark to find the instructions for the combination to the door to the inner yard. As we squeezed up the narrow stairs they complained that they had a poorly lit room and that there was no noise insulation between the rooms. They were also unhappy about the real parking situation. There was no overhead or wall lighting in my room, just a bedside lamp, and there was no wardrobe or even a hook to hang a coat on. I didn't stay for the second night of my booking

Great location. Just about ok for 2 nights but no longer.
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Room was large enough.
Bed was large enough, but we did pay an extra £27 for a King size bed. Which was described a King Size Deluxe. Deluxe it was not!

Cons:

Access was difficult as you needed 2 separate key codes to gain access, which was a pain. Stairs were tricky, so elderly or the infirm would really struggle and the door was very heavily sprung.
Bathroom was not that clean, dried on residue on shower screen door, toilet seat was very sticky and not secure, moving around when you sat on it.
We were there for 2 nights as a couple and there was only half a toilet roll provided, so we had to buy some more as no instructions were available on how to contact staff for anything, hence we never met any staff. Very impersonal.
There was a constantly dripping leak in the ceiling above the toilet, so much so, we had to put a glass jar under it. It wasn't raining then, so what was it and where was it coming from?
Parking was very close as promised, however, the claim that parking was £3 per day was very untrue, as it cost us at least £14 over 2 days.
Parking is £1.40 per hour from 8am till 6pm and free from 6pm till 8am. So if you parked up all day it would be £16.80, so this is very misleading. We also spoke to other guests in passing who also complained about access codes and parking, one guest who was booked in for 2 nights left after only one night.
