Amazing
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Seven Lights, Kochi. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the toilets were always neat and tidy. The hotel provides daily room cleaning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, being close to hospitals and shopping malls. Breakfast was included and available at the hotel, which was an added bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Hotel Seven Lights to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Kochi.

We are very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. After paying the full amount, the staff kept disturbing us with early morning calls and asking us to meet the manager because of smoking. We already requested a smoking room, but they did not provide one.
Because of all this unnecessary drama, we decided to leave the hotel. We came here to relax, not to feel like we are in jail. When we said we wanted to leave, they told us there would be no refund. We accepted that, even though we already lost more than 10,000 rupees. But after that, they still charged us an extra 2,000 rupees, which is very unfair.
The manager was very greedy and cunning. Once they take your money, they keep disturbing you instead of giving good service. This was a very bad experience, and we do not recommend this hotel.
