Pros:

Tutto pulito, camera accogliente, acqua calda, personale disponibilissimo: ci hanno aiutato tantissimo anche aiutandoci a fare pagamenti che con conti europei non riuscivano a fare.

Cons:

La zona di notte per i turisti è pericolosa, di giorno tutto ok.

El hotel tiene arte bonito en todos los espacios, ese es su único atractivo. Me parece que la puntuación que han dado los demás no lo merece.

Cons:

Son aproximadamente 50 minutos desde el aeropuerto. No acepta pago con tarjeta de crédito desde el teléfono, solo tarjeta física o efectivo, lo cual fue un problema para mí, ya que no tenía la tarjeta fisica. El transporte es tercerizado con un servicio de taxi, que costó igual que el hospedaje, muy alto.

Eu perguntei se poderia pagar a hospedagem e o transfer por cartão de crédito, e me passaram que sim. Chegando ao local, o funcionário me avisou que não estava funcionando a máquina de cartão. Era a noite e tive que procurar algum caixa para saque que funcionasse. No fim da noite depois que tentei sacar e não consegui, disseram que a máquina tinha voltado a funcionar.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Everything. Especially helpful staff and i really like WhatsApp way of communication

Cons:

There were water constructions works exactly when I had to check out and wanted to take the shower but the message was sent via WhatsApp explaining it so I was just unlucky with the timing

Great Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great and friendly staff. The art is so beautiful. They allowed me to leave my bags and everything was safe when I come back.

Cons:

There were no blankets and I was feeling cold. There was only a sheet. But they made a plan after I waited for 15 minutes

The best accommodation in Luanda
Pros:

The best place to stay in Luanda. Best rate price-quality but also the staff is kind, they help you with anything you need, they are very very nice. The place is super clean, the breakfast is all what you need, the decoration makes it more special. They have a living room with a sofa and a TV that makes you feel being home. I stayed 15 days, working remotely and I felt like being home. 100% recommended
