Pros:

Schöne Zimmer ,sehr sauber. 15 Euro für Parken ist in Santander günstig.
Gute Lage, man ist nahe der Altstadt, Strand ca 2 km.

Cons:

Minibar ist ein warmer Schrank. Soll angeblich repariert werden, steht in den Bewertungen aber schon länger drin. Klimaanlage zu warm.

Well located and charming accommodation
Pros:

Excellent location in the city centre. Everything is at walking distance.
Spectacular building with very charming interior
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Room was nice but significant traces, stains and smell of humidity. Room would deserve some refurbishment.
Breakfast quite basic.

Un precioso hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Me encantó la habitación en la que nos alojamos porque tenía dos plantas al estar alojados en una torre del palacete. También fue muy ingeniosa la idea de instalar un tipo de columpio /asiento en la planta de arriba incluyendo dos televisores grandes.

Cons:

El baño del hotel olía a cañerías.

Joli hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Bel hôtel qui semble tout neuf , mais avec une belle façade ancienne.
Le personnel est très aimable, la chambre sous les toits joliment décorée.bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le frigo ne marchait pas , ce qui est très regrettable en temps de canicule. La salle de bain non climatisée est très chaude, mais supportable.
La salle du petit déjeuner en sous-sol sans fenêtre .

Habitaciones cómodas pero sin posibilidad de aparcar en el hotel

La habitación era amplia y muy bien situada

Cons:

El parking del hotel estaba ocupado y era imposible aparcar en los alrededores . Tuvimos q aparcar en un parking privado bastante alejado del hotel . El frigorífico de la habitación no funcionaba .

La habitación era amplia, el edificio muy bonito y la ubicación estupenda

Cons:

Tuvimos que pedir 2 días que nos cambiasen las toallas. Un día se llevaron una toalla y niños dejaron la usada. Otro día nos pusieron una toalla rota, desgarrada por varios sitios. Con varios agujeros.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, menos mal que la temperatura en Santander era de unos 22ºC. Pero hacía más calor en la habitación que en la calle.

La nevera del mini bar no funcionaba, por lo que tuvimos que pedir en recepción que nos guardasen en el frigorífico del hotel unos quesos y unas anchoas que habíamos comprado.

Pese a ser una habitación doble solo teníamos una taza. Pedimos una más en recepción y nos dieron otra que debía ser del desayuno y que no nos cambiaron durante las 4 noches que estuvimos.

En definitiva no estaba a la altura de un hotel 4 estrellas, ni mucho menos merecía la pena lo que pagamos durante nuestra estancia.

Good location, beautiful room, but minimal service and staffing.
Pros:

Beautiful room, lots of space, nice glass-walled balcony. Central location in Santander although a bit up a hill. Overall the property is well designed and good-looking.

Cons:

This is a surprisingly low-service hotel given its general aura and "Boutique" branding. It appears to have only one guest-facing member of staff, who performs dual duty as a receptionist and breakfast caretaker. This single member of staff sometimes disappeared and did not reappear even when we tried to call her using the electronic bell in the reception. There is no laundry service. Breakfast was on the minimal side but adequate.

Delightful hotel with a few eccentric features which could be addressed by minor changes
Pros:

Impressive conversion of period buildings and hotel had high class feel. Some excellent reception people

Cons:

Bar a bit strange as no-one serving and need to contact reception for service. Also very limited range. Should make more of outside space , particularly at higher sunnier level. A bit noisy at night from nearby clubs or nightclubs
