Friendly helpful staff, lovely location, would happily stay again
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived with bikes, and they went out of their way to offer solutions to keep the bikes in a safe location.
Breakfast was wholesome my daughter had no issues requesting hard-boiled eggs.

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the approach to wifi, I would prefer stating I'm a guest and my room number, then the captive portal option where I have to register my details yet again. That being said it worked and was fast enough.

Dinner, though nice, much of it was served lukewarm, which let it down significantly.

Best stay I’ve had in a very long time.
Pros:

History throughout back to Kings and Dukes. Sympathetically updated and the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Young best bitter.. 1st class made to order breakfast. Comfy beds. Great toiletries and very quiet and peaceful despite location near M25.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Could not fault one single thing.

Struttura molto caratteristica, stanza molto ampia e bagno rinnovato. Buona la colazione con varia scelta. Comodo il pub!

Cons:

Ho chiesto una culla, purtroppo non ci siamo accorti subito che non era presente il materasso ma c’era solamente il fondo rigido.

A beautifully appointed hotel with a remarkable breakfast! Room was thoughtfully design with an abundance of amenities. We were only there for one night but would have stayed for much longer if we could.

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Attractive property. Lovely spacious room overlooking the front of the hotel towards a field with horses. Staff were available throughout our 2-night stay. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

One small issue. Handbasin tap in bathroom was not correctly fitted and turned the wrong way. We reported this to the hotel and understand this has been fixed.
