Staff were friendly, towels were changed every day, aircon worked well, there was no extra charge for the safe

VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT IN GOOD LOCATION WITH QUITE A LOT GOING FOR IT, BUT IT IS NOT 'LUXURY'.
Pros:

IT WAS A VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT DID NOT LIVE UP TO "LUXURY". THE BATHROOM WAS VERY NICE BUT WE HAD NOISY 'PLUMBING' NOISES AT VARIOUS TIMES. THERE WAS A VERY GOOD WARDROBE/DRESSING ROOM OFF THE BATHROOM WITH LOTS OF STORAGE. THE BEDROOM WAS HUGE WITH A HUGE BED BUT THE TOP SHEETS WERE TOO SMALL FOR IT. QUITE A SPARSE LARGE LOUNGE BUT THE KITCHEN SPACE WAS GOOD WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED.

WE LIKED THE VERY LARGE OUTSIDE SPACE WITH THE PATIO FURNITURE BUT THIS DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME TLC. WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE BUT NOT AT THE 'LUXURY SUITE' AND WOULD STAY AGAIN BUT IN AN ORDINARY APARTMENT.

ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND IT IS IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION.

Carísimo para lo que era.
Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena.

Cons:

La habitación olía a humedad una barbaridad y el baño todavía más. La verdad que por momentos era insoportable. Todas las mañanas sobre las 8am empezaban a sonar unos ruidos extraños provenientes como del techo de la habitación, eran muy fuertes ya que te despertaban.

The location was excellent.

Cons:

You had to walk by the roadside bin/collection bin outside the complex. This was for food ect. Which sometimes gave a very strong odour. Other than that everything else was excellent

No es de luxe.
Pros:

Era muy amplio y muy bien ubicado. El personal fue amable.

Cons:

Se sentía mucha humedad, la bañera al llenarla hacía olor a agua estancada, no había nada de producto de baño (gel champú..) sofás y sillas algo incómodos. Tampoco había al menos una botella de agua.

Loved this stay, we will definitely try to book here again
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was everything we needed.

Exceptional
Pros:

The location was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the strip but still quiet. Accommodation was fabulous and we had been left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water when we arrived which was a nice touch.

Complex was very good. Great location. Well kept. Would definitely return to Arena Dorada apartment but not to the suite.

Cons:

Suite beside some kind of maintenance room. Rooms were large but had no windows . Patio doors gave only natural light in apartment. Not worth the extra cost

One bedroom suite = a former garage with no windows!
Pros:

Great location. Large bedroom suite. Good air-conditioning in main bedroom but none elsewhere.

Cons:

Room appears to be a former garage hence no windows. Partial day light came through light tunnels in ceiling in bedroom and bathroom as well as from the patio door. Dark and gloomy inside
View from "outdoor terrace" terrible with constant noise
coming from a generator and air conditioning unit
Patio door lock in poor condition with a broken secondary
lock. Constant concerns about security.
Fridge door shelf for milk broken with a poor attempt at fixing it. Freezer door in fridge also broken.
Overall decor of the apartment was poor - particularly in the bathroom.
