職員さんが暖かく迎えてくださった　ペットを連れてのお客様が多く挨拶が交わされ安心感があった

Cons:

土足禁止のお部屋でよかったですがトイレお風呂が土足エリアを通らないと行けないので困りました。通路の部分だけ敷物があるとかすのこがあると裸足でバストイレに移動できると思いました。
入室時付属のスリッパが土禁の室内に置いてありましたが土禁の室内用か館内の土足用かが曖昧になりそうで心配でした。

客室に行くまで階段を2〜3段登るため、カードだと持ち上げなくてはいけないことが残念でした。

ソラホテル軽井沢アウトレットの感想
Pros:

スタッフがワンコにもとても優しく丁寧に接してくれる。
部屋にケージを設置してくれたりの作業もとても早くて気が利く。
レストランの食事もワンコと一緒に出来て、しかも結構雰囲気も良くて、美味しかった。
ドッグランも気軽に使えて、汚物入れも要所要所に有りありがたい。
旧軽銀座にも新幹線駅にも車で直ぐで、アクセスも良い。

Cons:

原因は分からないが、トイレに立った時に便器内から少しだけだが、匂う時が有った。
良くなかった点は、それくらいしか見当たらない。
