Perfect
Pros:

Everything was amazing, we booked all inclusive. The cleanliness, service and food are amazing. The location is also close to the large promenade and the beach across the road there is a casino and an amusement park for children. Taxis are recommended to be ordered through the hotel to anywhere, including the airport, round trip is more affordable.

Cons:

Eve Everything was good and amazing. You just need to diversify the food you prepare a little.

Heerlijk hotel. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig voor een fijne gezinsvakantie met kleine kinderen.

Hotel este curat,curatenie in camera se face zilnic, aerisit, piscina curata, mâncarea bună,destul de diversicata si gustoasa, curtea este mare si frumos amenajata.
Câteva minute de mers pana la plaja. Foarte frumos, merita, mai venim!

Cons:

O fata de la recepție i-a făcut semn băiatului care ne conducea la camera sa lase șampania si paharele, înțeleg ca este o politica a lor sa te servească la chek in, ca suntem romani si nu e nevoie. A fost singura faza aiurea,insa nu poti judeca un hotel din cauza unui singur angajat.

Çocuk havuzunda kaykay olmasını sevdim ama sarı kaykaydam sadece çocuklar kayabiliyor ve diğer yeşil olandan hem yetişkinler hem de çocuklar kayabiliyordu. 110 cm ve üzeri boy olması lazım. Check out yaptıktan sonra öğle yemeği yiyebilirsiniz dediler bu bir jestti. Güzeldi. Oda temizdi.

Odada sineklik yoktu bütün gece klima ile uyumak zorunda kaldık. Odada yukarıda tavanda örümcekler vardı. Spa'da jakuzi bozuk dediler. Buhar odası bozuk dediler
Çilekli splash makinesi bozuk dediler. Kids clup çocuğu bırakabileceğiniz bir yer değil sürekli çocuğunuzla beraber olmanızı istiyorlar. Yemekler kahvalti, öğle ve akşam yemeğinde gerçekten yiyecek hiçbir şey yok. Havuzlar temiz değildi. Bazı personeller kabaydı. Yardımcı olmadılar. Türk personeller çok canayakındı, sağ olsunlar. Diğer bazı personeller trip attılar. Denizi çok kötü full yeşil yosunluydu. Ve denize uzak. Güneşin altında yürüyerek gidiyorsunuz 200 metreden daha fazla. Biz denize giremedik geri döndük.

Öncelikle resepsiyon da ki çalışanlar, oda temizliğinde çalışanlar, havuz kenarında ki yemekle ilgilenen ve ana restoranda ki ekip ve yemekler çok iyiydi. Konumu çok iyi, temiz, oturma alanları çok rahat ve oldukça fazla . Kapalı havuz bile eğlenceli . Animatörler ve etkinlik programı da çok iyi. Her yıl bunun için geliyoruz desek doğrudur.

Aslında çok ilgililer, bizim 6. gidişimiz, bizim odaya şampanya göndermediler 🙈 bence her yıl düzenli gelen müşterilerinin hiç birini atlamasalar çok daha hoş olurdu 🥰

Нормальный отель, но точно не первое место на TripAdvisor
Pros:

Это нормальный отель, но не более.
Второй раз сюда не поеду.

Детям горки на 2 раза.
Еда нормальная, но не супер вкусная. Нормально, вкусно, но не супер вкусно.
Лежаков возле бассейна вроде хватает.

Cons:

на TripAdvisor занимает первое место, но сложилось впечатление, что отзывы накрученные. Мы за 7 дней были в 4х отелях. Потестировать и посмотреть. И специально выбрали этот, что бы посмотреть, что же здесь такого суперского, что занимает первое место в рейтинге, и разочаровались. Все нормально. Но совсем не первое место.

Маленькая территория , маленький бассейн, куча народу, номер очень узкий и маленький.

Revenim mereu cu drag aici toate serviciile sunt extraordinare de la mâncare până la ospitalitate.

Cons:

Deși mâncarea este mult mai delicioasă anul acesta am simțit puțin ca s-a restrans varietatea de preparate sper ca pe măsură ce se apropie sezonul aglomerat să adăugați mai multe preparate.
