Modern, comfortable, quiet stay with an incredible view.
Pros:

The incredible view of Sakurajima was the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very quiet, which made everything feel relaxing and comfortable. Great selection of amenities and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

施設が新しいのもあるけど、洗面台とか部屋に洗濯機なども設置してあるので、凄く使いやすかったです

Pros:

Amazing location, right above Tenmonkan street!
Has easy access to transportation (by few minutes of walking).

The sauna in the room is really good and relaxing after long days of traveling.

The staff were nice and helpful all the time.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for 2 people.

Some of the lights and our safe didn't work well even when the staff tried to fix them.

Except for that nothing bad to say.

手続きが面倒なホテルだが、見晴らしは最高。
Pros:

屋上の見晴らしが最高。桜島がドーンと全部見える。そこの半屋外のレストランで朝食。美味しかった。案内係のおばちゃんも気が利く。

Cons:

チェックインでタブレットに入力させられるのが面倒。なぜ客にやらせるのか。
エレベーターや入室はいちいち暗証番号が必要で非常に面倒。受付時のおねーちゃんが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティーの案内を忘れて入室して何も無いことにきがついた。

Pros:

Dieses Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte, war wunderbar. Sehr groß, bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist modern gestaltet aber gut verständlich und wer Probleme beim self check in hat, bekommt sofort Hilfe. Die Lage des Hotels empfand ich als perfekt weil Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Trop cher pour le niveau de service offert, mise à part le sauna.
Pros:

Le sauna dans la chambre était agréable mais avant de proposer un service premium il faudrait s’assurer que le basic soit présent . Belle terrasse avec vue sur le volcan mais accessible aussi de l’extérieur avec un bar Rooftop . Personnel gentil mais souvent absent. Esthétique moderne très agréable.

Cons:

Les basiques manquent : chambre petite, prix très élevé par rapport aux autres hôtels de Kagoshima et par rapport au service, la moquette du couloir était assez sale, la clime très bruyante et le personnel presque jamais la. Café pour une seule nuit, pas de thé. Pas de place dans la chambre pour ouvrir les valises, sous le lit il y a un emplacement mais trop petit pour une valise de soute. Attention il n’y a pas de possibilité d’envoyer ses bagages avec Yamato, service présent dans la plupart des hôtels. Les serviettes sont données tous les jours mais la chambre pas rangée et la poubelle pas retirée, ce que pour le prix payé est assez désagréable.

Amazong rook with plenty of space, power sockefs, a grest view (5th floor) and really good comfortable beds.
The Hotel staff were gratt altbough apart from check in we didnt see them as we were out and about, but the chexk in experience was very good and easy.
Having washing/drying machine was great as we are 2 bikers (man/wife) on the road round Japan so 2 days here was just fantastic from all perspectives and it was one of the best hotel stsys we had here.
Big bike parking is only a 5 min walk away but you will need to remove panniers to get bike into space as usual. ¥300 for 48 hours secure parking, bargain.
Will definately be leeping an eye oit for FAV hotels from now on as it was excellent value for money, clean, modern and just ideal, thsnks FAV Lux Kagoshima
