Pros:

住宿地點附近各種飲食場所林立，距離勤美、國美館一帶很近，又有傳統市場，機能很方便。房間雖然是舊式建築改裝，但清潔度很好，各種備品跟床舖沒有異味，飯店人員很親切，且提供各種諮詢協助，價格上以週末入住來說算是CP值高。

Cons:

因為是舊式建築改裝，隔音仍有部份缺失，例如隔壁淋浴的時候聲音很明顯，房間門關上的聲音特別大，走廊的聲音也清晰可聞，若遇上不注意的其他房客會影響睡眠品質。另外因為地點太過熱門，週邊停車非常昂貴，且飯店也無法完全提供停車服務，若是開車前往的人要注意。
