A tad disappointed
Pros:

Room clean and fine
Breakfast fine

Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t shut properly
Tap dripping
Had room service which arrived cold and missing items. Also missed cutlery and this didn’t arrive for a further 20 minutes which meant my husband
Ate Fish and chips with his hands

Overpriced and definitely in need of a refurb!
Pros:

Breakfast was good although they kept running out of things so you had to wait for them to refill and they only had 1 coffee machine for the entire dining area which meant there were often long queues for coffee. Staff not very helpful or interested.

Cons:

Rooms were very basic for the price and big stains on carpet. Cups in room weren’t clean and Toilet didn’t flush properly. Restaurant evening food was not great and overpriced for the quality of food. We paid £38 each for what was meant to be a ribeye steak and I’ve eaten better steaks in Wetherspoons! Overall hotel needs a refurb and really doesn’t justify the price being charged.

Great location could do with a little update … it is difficult to see the TV from the bed ….. and 1 coffee machine for 1

Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast good, set us up for the day didn't have time to use the facilities but the children did and they enjoyed the swimming pool

Cons:

Little disappointed with the food. One of our meals had to be sent back as it wasn't cooked prooerly

Excellent overall
Pros:

Reception staff were polite and helpful. The girls working in the restaurant were friendly and efficient, and there was a fantastic selection for breakfast.
Golf course was in fair condition considering the amount of hot, dry weather recently.

Would definitely play golf there again but sadly would not stay at the hotel
Pros:

Rooms comfortable, gym and Spa facilities good, golf course would recommend.

Cons:

Dining - lack of supervision for the overworked waitresses which led to tables not being cleared and delays in breakfast foods being available. Being told no orange juice available and no white bread obviously someone did not order correctly to cater for the hotel! Drinks very expensive.

Pros:

Room was lovely apart from overnight bag was not in room when arrived. I explained to reception that the couple didn't know they were coming to ufford as a surprise on there wedding night

Cons:

When they came down for breakfast, they said there wasn't any clear tables as only two staff members on that they could see

We stayed there to visit family in Rendlesham so it was very convenient. Lovely to have electric chargers on site. Break

Bedrooms were a nice size and very clean

Cons:

Patio table & chairs in a poor state and were not cleaned regularly even though I mentioned it at reception . Not everyone wants to sit on bench seats especially older guests. We were in room 103 on the ground floor and were subject to delivery vans outside our window early in the morning loading and unloading hence noisy

Ok overall but room to improve
Pros:

They moved us to a bigger room at no cost, the breakfast was good and the pool was nice in the morning. Nice staff.

Cons:

The sink didnt drain well, there was no air conditioning, the room floor wasnt cleaned well and there was a water bottle in the fridge from the previous guests.
