Comfortable nights sleep and great value for money
Pros:

The staff are friendly and we got a warm welcome at reception and at breakfast
The bed was super comfortable

Cons:

The bedroom was a bit tired looking especially the bathroom
At breakfast we has to keep asking for mugs, cutlery etc. the choice wasn’t great the fruit was tasteless but the hashbrowns were good and the staff were really friendly and helpful

Don’t bother
Pros:

Locations was good for wedding. Spa area nice however didn’t use the facilities

Cons:

Bedroom was basic (classic room) no mattress protector on bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Bar area needs life put into it - not welcoming or comfy - one couch that has seen better days. Restaurant food was ok however staff member tried to tell us green veg option was the normal rocket lettuce etc which was quite funny. (Prob never seen a green veg) Breakfast was ok, never any cups, teaspoons on both mornings, had to ask them then they would go and find some or was told first morning that they were all In the dishwasher so would have to wait for a bit. The place wasn’t even Busy for a Friday. Always a queue at the coffee machine though which was in one area and then teas and Joyce’s etc on the bar. Very weird set up. The eggs were as hard as nails and scrambled eggs didn’t look great either. Sausages were basic - my husband said they weren’t very good quality. Average breakfast tbh . For the amount paid I wouldn’t stay again I would save my money and go somewhere else. Needs a good clean - carpets, windows, window sills etc. it’s looks like it’s closing down that’s the feeling you get - very tired

Good location, poor sleep quality.
Pros:

Convenient location. Attentive staff.

Cons:

Being woken by a construction lorry before 7am right outside my window made the stay tricky due to lack of sleep. A real shame.

Pros:

Breakfast ingredients. Proximity to Woodbridge.

Cons:

Very busy at breakfast with very dirty table had to clear other people's cutlery and plates cups ourselves. Sauna now boarded up very sad as its my favorite item in spa. Bedroom floor hairy and so so comfort of bed.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but no eggs available each morning when I went.

Cons:

Staff not always clearing and cleaning tables quickly enough. Needed a manager to organise the younger staff. Often seen in pairs chatting.

Cons:

The hotel is badly in need of some TLC. The shower head was covered in limescale as was the toilet bowl. No hot water for 8am shower. Reception staff lovely but bar staff didn't seem that bothered about serving us. We had breakfast included but after a look around the dining room decided to be on our way and get breakfast in Woodbridge. Such a shame as in an excellent location.

Nice stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and our spa treatments and breakfast in bed in the morning.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated. The pool area smells of chlorine. The smell is so strong it takes your breath away. The bath tub in our room had mould around it.

Only stayed due to location for nearby event.
For the price we had to pay it was terrible. Stayed in better quality Travelodge. Next time would rather stay further away for half the price and twice the standards.
