My favorite place in Tashkent
Pros:

Perfect place.
Stayed there 2 times in one trip
New, stylish hotel.

Отель 10/10 особенно персонал все вежливые чистота на высшем уровне особенно хочу отметить профессионализм на ресепшене. Зиеда, Даяна и Бехруз отдельный респект !

Новый отель, нормальное соотношение цена и качество.

Cons:

Забыли убрать комнату, хотя я Даше подходила на ресепшн и просила специально это сделать. Девушка на ресепшн очень неопытная, сказала, что они убираются раз в три дня, это как? Не извинились. Также очень некрасиво поступили с моей подругой, объявив цену трансфера из аэропорта - 350 тыс сум, а в итоге посадили на Яндекс такси за 48 тыс, пытались снять 350 тыс, это некрасиво и непорядочно.

Сам отель, нормальный. Но персонал портит все

Cons:

Забронировала номер заранее через Booking, отель подтвердил бронь и даже написал, что меня ждут. Но когда я приехала ночью после трёх перелётов, оказалось, что мой номер уже отдали другим людям из-за их “ошибки”.

Вместо отдыха в 2 часа ночи мне пришлось срочно искать другой отель, будучи уставшей после дороги. При этом сотрудники не предложили нормального решения, просто сказали что могут отвезти в другой отель.
Считаю такое отношение к гостям абсолютно неприемлемым.
