Pros:

Un apartament ampli i molt ben situat, ideal per a families.. Pots anar caminant al centre històric.
Té servei d'aparcacotxes, que han estat en tot moment conectats per portar i recollir el cotxe de manera puntual.
Al barri hi ha una gran gama de restaurants i pastisseries molt bones on es pot menjar plats i dolços tipics de Palerm. L'esmorzar era a una cafeteria al davant de l'apartament i tenien productes de molt bona qualitat. Bojissima la focaccia!!.
Tambe, l'hotel ens va deixar una sombrilla per a la platja que ens va anar molt bé, ja que vam tenir ona de calor i sense ella no podiem estar.
En definitiva ho recomano.

La habitación tenía un buen tamaño

Cons:

El personal fue poco amable, me recomendaron un parking que salía 25 euros cuando en la calle se podía estacionar y la habitación no estaba muy limpia saqué un guante de látex pegado en el baño

Pros:

L'emplacement était bon, plusieurs restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Pas très loin du centre-ville (15/20 min)
Bus vers la plage Mondello à environ 10min.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif: Nous avons regretté le souci avec la WiFi. Il a fallut que je contacte l'hôte plusieurs fois et je n'ai jamais eu de solutions mise à par un "désolé".
Nous étions 3 à ne pas avoir accès à la WiFi dans la chambre. Le souci a été remonté plusieurs fois et nous n'avons jamais eu de solution, chose que ej trouve regrettable. Nous étions limité par nos données cellulaires donc la WiFi nous aurait beaucoup aidé. Notre chambre était tout au fond et la WiFi avait énormément de mal à capter. A faire attention, pour les prochaines réservations de cet établissement.

Indico fortemente a hospedagem neste local.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. O tamanho do quarto 109 é excelente. Tem tudo que precisávamos. Cama excelente, chuveiro excelente. Atendentes simpáticos e atenciosos.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, hell und lichtdurchflutet, mit einem angenehm ausgeglichenen Raumklima. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die gut schallisolierten Balkontüren, wodurch es im Zimmer trotz Außenbereich angenehm ruhig war.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist lediglich der Kühlschrank, der nachts etwas hörbar war.

Niet slecht maar veel kan beter.
Pros:

Het ligt heel gunstig tov bezienswaardigheden en horeca, parkeren is wat lastig. De kamer (nr 101) is hoog en licht en zelfs in deze hete junidagen makkelijk koel te houden met bescheiden niveau van de airco. Neutrale inrichting, goed matras. Een probleem met de doucheafvoer werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Host reageert snel in whatsapp.

Cons:

Appt. nr 101 heeft TLC en onderhoud nodig. Roestplekken radiator, loshangende gordijnhaken, vieze kitrand douchewand, keukenkastjes raar afgewerkt. Er is een kookplaat en magnetron maar geen kookaccessoires, alleen servies en basisbestek. Het inclusieve ontbijt bestaat uit voorverpakte koekjes, crackers en jam. Een gratis flesje water zou aardige geste zijn geweest zeker in deze hitte en wat het geval was in mijn vier andere hotelverblijven tijdens mijn trip door Sicilië. Als soloreiziger betaal ik het volle pond (i.c. voor 2) en o.b.v. de omschrijving en foto’s had ik er meer van verwacht.

Skvělé ubytování v Palermu
Pros:

Místo bylo v centru, a přitom velmi tiché. Pokoj čistý s balkónem do ulice. Koupelna luxusní se skvělým sprchovacím koutem. TV s připojením na Netflix. Lednička a klimatizace OK. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání.
