I highly recommend Tikala Cusco Boutique Hotel! The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to access public transport, nearby shops, and the airport.
The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very clean, providing great comfort. Another huge highlight was the breakfast—it was super excellent, fresh, and perfectly hygienic.
A truly wonderful experience overall!

¡Recomiendo encarecidamente el Tikala Cusco Boutique Hotel! La ubicación es excelente, lo que facilita muchísimo el acceso al transporte público, las tiendas cercanas y el aeropuerto.
El hotel ofrece un conveniente servicio las 24 horas, y el personal es increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias, ofreciendo una gran comodidad. Otro punto fuerte fue el desayuno: súper excelente, todo fresco y muy higiénico.

Загалом нормально. Смачний сніданок зі всім необхідним. Привітний персонал.

Не було туалетного паперу. Вікно в коридор.
Жахлива шумоізоляція. Середня ціна.
Наступну ніч за такою ж ціною провів в іншому готелі де комфорт значно вище.

Equipe solícita, bom para viagem em grupo/família e pra quem não tem problemas com escada.
Pros:

A equipe é super atenciosa, os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, área do café da manhã tem uma vista muito legal de Cusco e a localização é OK.
Fizemos um passeio que saía de madrugada e eles disponibilizaram um lanchinho pra viagem, guardaram nossas malas e foram muito prestativos! S2

Cons:

Não possui elevador e há um bom lance de escadas a subir (embora a equipe ajude), pra quem tem problema de locomoção, pode ser um problema.
O café da manhã é servido à mesa, o que restringe um pouco a liberdade de se servir.
Os quartos possuem janela pra dentro do hotel, o que torna a acústica bem ruim.
Em uma das noites, deu pra ouvir todos os "movimentos" de um casal de hóspedes.

La hospitalidad y el entendimiento. Yo el ultimo estuve internada y nos prolongación un tiempito mas el check out, para que mi hermana pueda volver y ordenar todo.
Re predispuesto a si necesitábamos algo más y en ningún momento nos apuraron.

Pros:

El desayuno es muy variado y abundante, con una linda vista panorámica a la ciudad.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación fue un poco fría, faltaba aislamiento en las paredes, pero tenían bastantes frazadas para compensarlo.
