Contraté cuatro noches y a la primera salimos corriendo

Cons:

Es de los peores sitios donde me he quedado. Cama incómoda, baño viejo y diminuto, habitación horrible, los enchufes no funcionaban, estaba sucia. No entiendo cómo puede tener esa valoración. Al pasar la primera noche nos tuvimos que ir contratando otro alojamiento para las 3 noches restantes. Booking no se ha hecho cargo de nada y ni siquiera ha contestado mis mensajes. Deberían saber que sitios venden y donde meten a sus clientes.

El peor servicio al cliente que recibimos durante nuestras vacaciones en Colombia!
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a las afueras de Salento, así que disfrutas del silencio y la naturaleza.

Cons:

La atención del chico en la recepción fue muy mala, le falta capacitación en términos de servicio al cliente. No mostró interés en ayudar y respondió de forma confusa y poco profesional.
Nos dio información contradictoria sobre el acceso al parqueadero por la noche y, para evitar inconvenientes, preferimos salir al centro del pueblo caminando.
Tampoco pudo explicarnos correctamente el tema de la facturación.
Habíamos elegido este hotel porque en años anteriores la dueña nos atendió de maravilla, pero esta vez la experiencia fue totalmente DECEPCIONANTE!

Situado cerca del centro pero en un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido. Es muy familiar y el personal es muy agradable. Los desayunos que incluye el hotel son muy completos.

Soggiorno Relax meraviglio a due passi dal centro

Struttura meravigliosa
Giardino veramente curato che da un senso di pace e tranquillità incredibile
Camera essenziale ma pulita
Colazione buonissima con diversa scelta e prodotti freschi
Staff sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza
Posizione molto strategica perché immersa nella natura ma a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale del paese, inoltre é difronte alla fermata autobus quindi comoda per raggiungere le grandi città.

Pros:

La ubicación, nos pilló el terremoto en este hotel y su ubicación fue clave para estar tranquilos. La gente es muy amable y estaremos agradecidos de por vida. La estación de bus además está muy cerca.

Perfetto per un sogno al tayrona
Pros:

Location top per visitare il parco tairona ha una posizione che permette di lasciare gli zaini all'arrivo e quindi poi andare subito a fare il trekking fino alle spiagge perché si trova vicino all’ingresso ma già immerso nella giungla… accogliente dispone di idromassaggio delle belle camere immerse nella giungla Il ristorante è molto valido anche perché non ci sono altre alternative se volete cenare in loco e l'atmosfera è veramente rilassante consiglio anche il risveglio al mattino per sentire gli uccelli gli animali della giungla che si svegliano

C est une finca charmante et très bien placée pour ëtre à la fois proche du terminal de bus, du centre ville tout en restant au calme dans un jardin magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le personnel est très souriant

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και η τοποθεσία βόλευε πολύ καθώς είναι απέναντι από τον σταθμό των λεωφορείων του Salento.

Cons:

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού δεν ήταν καλό και το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο. Γενικά, η σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής δεν ήταν καλή.

Que estuviera en plena entrada al pueblo ayudo un monton a la salida, es una finca increible, tienen flores y jardines muy lindos, la habitacion estaba dotada con cobijas y tambien tiene unos espacios comunes muy acogedores
