Il giardino bellissimo , la posizione ad un passo dalla stazione dei bus e a 3 minuti dalla piazza principale. La colazione buona e varia, la gentilezza della proprietaria.

Cons:

Sono stato in 2 camere diverse, una aveva la porta del bagno che non chiudeva completamente l’accesso, avendo quindi poca privacy quando si è in bagno, mentre l’altra aveva una finestrella nella doccia che non si poteva chiudere, senza una zanzariera, quindi la sera con la luce accesa entravano insetti, nilla di grave, ma suggerirei una zanzariera.

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal porque no está en medio de Salento, lo cual te da una tranquilidad extra y si quieres más movimiento, en cinco minutos estás en todo el meollo. El Zorzal tiene un encanto impresionante, la finca es ideal y las habitaciones también, además la atención del personal es inmejorable. Teníamos la reserva aquí dos días después del terremoto y no estábamos seguras de si queríamos o podríamos ir pero gracias a qué hablamos con Mauret, y tras tardar todo un día en poder llegar, no nos arrepentimos, el viaje a Colombia no hubiera sido lo mismo.

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mir gefiel auch die Lage sehr gut, beide Strassen führen direkt zum Hauptplatz. Das Frühstück war toll.

Tutto splendido!
Pros:

Colazione ottima e con varie opzioni fra granola (dolce), uova cucinate in diversi modi, frutta fresca e bevande.
Posizione ottima di fronte alla stazione dei bus che arrivano da Armenia/da altre città. Solo 10 minuti di camminata per la piazza principale, ma è meglio non farla con gli zaini pesanti/valigie! In più c’è una bellissima piscinetta/grande vasca con idromassaggio davvero perfetta dopo essere stati a fare il trekking alla valle del cocora.

¡Hay que ir a Salento!
Pros:

El jardín, los desayunos, el personal.

Cons:

Faltaba una lampara de noche (había una pero no funcionaba). Lo comuniqué pero no sé arregló.
Una de las habitaciones daba a la carretera y tenía más ruido

Heerlijke stek met lekker ontbijt en mooie tuin, top gelegen bij het busstation en je loopt zo het gezellige dorp in.

Cons:

De jacuzzi. Zag er niet in alsof deze vaak werd gebruikt. Daarnaast moest je er best wat voor betalen om erin te mogen. Zou 'm schoonmaken en gratis aanbieden aan klanten.

Es de los peores sitios donde me he quedado. Cama incómoda, baño viejo y diminuto, habitación horrible, los enchufes no funcionaban, estaba sucia. No entiendo cómo puede tener esa valoración. Al pasar la primera noche nos tuvimos que ir contratando otro alojamiento para las 3 noches restantes. Booking no se ha hecho cargo de nada y ni siquiera ha contestado mis mensajes. Deberían saber que sitios venden y donde meten a sus clientes.

El peor servicio al cliente que recibimos durante nuestras vacaciones en Colombia!
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a las afueras de Salento, así que disfrutas del silencio y la naturaleza.

Cons:

La atención del chico en la recepción fue muy mala, le falta capacitación en términos de servicio al cliente. No mostró interés en ayudar y respondió de forma confusa y poco profesional.
Nos dio información contradictoria sobre el acceso al parqueadero por la noche y, para evitar inconvenientes, preferimos salir al centro del pueblo caminando.
Tampoco pudo explicarnos correctamente el tema de la facturación.
Habíamos elegido este hotel porque en años anteriores la dueña nos atendió de maravilla, pero esta vez la experiencia fue totalmente DECEPCIONANTE!
