The Harbour Leiden

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Leiden. The Harbour Leiden liegt an einem der vielen Kanäle, man kann zu Fuß alles prima und zügig erreichen (z.B. Bahnhof 15 Min.).Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz, außerdem liegt sie ruhig. Die kleine Kitchenette (jeweils für zwei Zimmer zur Nutzung) ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Caroline hat uns bestens beraten und geholfen, wo nötig. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir einen Aufenthalt in Leiden planen!

Geweldige uiticht over de gracht op de Marekerk.
Comfortabel ruime kamer, met een hoog opengewerkt plafond onder de oude balken van het dak. Leuk decoratief houtkacheltje. Klein en praktisch keukentje voor twee kamers in de gang. Het was er relatief rustig, af en toe een paar feest vierende studenten op straat of in bootjes tot in de nacht. Maar dat was gezellig om naar te kijken en nauwelijks te horen met de ramen dicht. Je kon kiezen uit ramen openschuiven of airco. Alle twee goede opties. We zagen geen personeel, maar alles was netjes. We kregen schone handdoeken en de vuilniszakken werden eveneens geleegd. Vriendelijke, ongecompliceerde en duidelijke communicatie met de verhuurder.

Quiet comfortable friendly elegance. We loved our ‘family room’ with the shared kitchen area. Lots of coffee pods and just enough things to be able to make a simple meal. It was perfect. A bigger bathroom and a haunted lighted mirror (it would turn itself on) and a comfy bed.

Super close to multiple bus stops and a bike rental around the corner. Nice area to just sit and watch the boats across the street

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location right on the canal. About a fifteen minute easy walk from the central train station and just 10 minute walk to the central part of the town. Room and bathroom were large and the bed super comfortable. Great kitchen area just outside the room. We only used the fridge to store our water and the kettle to make coffee in the morning. The area in Leiden where the hotel is located is very nice plus super quiet at night. We stayed three nights and slept great. Our host Caroline was great with communication emails. She reached out several times to ask if we needed anything and to ensure we were having a great time. Both of us definitely recommend staying at Harbour Leiden. Thank you Caroline for being such a great host.

The UK sockets in the room were a life-saver, because I forgot my adaptor.

Nice location, ideal to visit Leiden. Comfy and facilities perfect for a family, kitchenette all equipped. Room really clen and well furbished.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this Airbnb. Caroline’s communication was excellent throughout and made everything easy. The accommodations are beautiful, comfortable, and very well thought out. The kitchenette had great coffee and everything we needed to prepare meals, which helped us save some money on eating out. The location is exceptional, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We originally booked for one week but ended up extending our stay by five more days. We would gladly stay here again.
