Everything. The property wasn’t clean. After we arrived we barely found a parking space to park. Then for us to be able to check in we had to wait for someone to came and see us. Since nobody was coming we check what room we were assigned and we go to “our room”. As soon as we saw the room we realised that they assigned us in the wrong room than the one we booked. After this we had to wait 15 minutes for the personnel to figure what had happened and then assigned us to the right room. When we got to the right room we saw that it wasn’t clean properly. The bathroom where you can shower the floor was so dirty we didn’t shower for 2 days . The sealing look like it had some mold . The Hot Tub that we had in the room after I use it I notice that it had so much dirt from that I came from the holes that make bubbles. And last the bed was so hard that when we were sleeping, we woke up with pain in our bones and we weren’t able to sleep properly.

Nice and friendly budget hotel
Pros:

Very friendly owner, the hotel is inside old building in old neighborhood, there are few parking spots for the guests, 15 minutes drive to the downtown, few minutes from the highway. The studio is spacious with the small kitchen, nice shower

Cons:

The bed can be more convenient, the kettle didn't work, no frying pan or casserole

My experience was excellent! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos.
