Pros:

Das Personal und auch die Hotelchefin waren sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab super vegetarische Optionen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer selbst waren nicht optimal, die Tür zum Balkon ging nicht richtig auf, die Handtücher und Bettdecken hatten ein paar Flecken und die Ausstattung wirkte allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

I stayed at the On The Beach annex. Fantastic location (literally on the beach) and great and friendly staff.
Very nice room decor.

Cons:

Communication could be improved. I did not receive any information about the location of the annex, nor a feedback on my arrival time (I communicated via Booking). But upon arrival, the staff was quick to direct me to the right place.

Perfeito e próximo aos surf spots
Pros:

O café da manhã é fantástico e o quarto que ficamos também, tinha até uma mini copa com aparelhos para cozinhar uma refeição. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e simpáticos, em especial o Thulani.
