Mooi hotel op een perfecte locatie . Bieden valet parking aan wat perfect is.

Cons:

Het was 36 graden en geen airco , en de kamer aan de achterzijde gaf vanaf 05.00 enorm kabaal van allerlei activiteiten.

Krásné ubytování přímo v centru města
Pros:

Poloha prakticky v centru města, s výborným spojením na bus a vlak(v docházkové vzdálenosti, cca 8 min. pěšky) výborné snídaně, potěšil servis pro zaparkování auta v hotelové garáži. Vzhledem k možnosti dopravy MHD zdarma díky kartě hosta jsme auto nepotřebovali.

Cons:

Pro někoho by mohlo být vzhledem k poloze rušnější, výhled byl přímo na náměstí.

Prachtige centrale ligging in het autoluwe deel van de stad.
Pros:

Locatie in het centrum in prefect voor een bezoek aan de stad

Cons:

We hadden een mooie kamer met een dakterras op de bovenste verdieping. Bij hele warme dagen, zoals tijdens de afgelopen periode zou het hebben van een airco geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Great old town stay in Lucerne
Pros:

Fantastic central location in old town easy walk to ferry train trams etc room was a good size, bed comfy

Cons:

No air con- it was very hot when we stayed property provided two fans but we were not comfortable. Rooms are very noisy- we opened up to rear lane but still lots of pedestrians and noise all night plus garbage trucks starting early on different days.

It is 2026 and we didn’t expect that
We spent a very uncomfortable night
The shower fitting was almost falling off the wall it was so loose and the shower was not thermostatically controlled so very dangerous

Luzern is beautiful. Not my first pick for a hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location to train station.

Cons:

One receptionist was very rude and grumpy. He was not helpful and his tone was angry and condescending.
