Altstadt Hotel Krone Luzern

We hadden een mooie kamer met een dakterras op de bovenste verdieping. Bij hele warme dagen, zoals tijdens de afgelopen periode zou het hebben van een airco geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Falta de ar-condicionado

No air con- it was very hot when we stayed property provided two fans but we were not comfortable. Rooms are very noisy- we opened up to rear lane but still lots of pedestrians and noise all night plus garbage trucks starting early on different days.

The shower fitting was almost falling off the wall it was so loose and the shower was not thermostatically controlled so very dangerous

One receptionist was very rude and grumpy. He was not helpful and his tone was angry and condescending.

The room wasn’t clean. Floor hadn’t been cleaned.

The wifi was almost non-existent and the staff was very short with us.

Muchísimo calor, sin aire acondicionado

The room was extremely hot, and the lack of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable. The only fan provided was weak and had unstable legs, so it wasn't very effective. Opening the window wasn't a practical option because there was no insect screen, allowing bugs to come inside.

What was especially disappointing is that the lack of air conditioning was not mentioned in the property's online description. I was only informed about it by email after my payment had been processed and the free cancellation period had already expired. Had this information been disclosed before booking, I would have chosen a different place.

Unseres Zimmer war auf oberem Etage und bei Hitze in einem "Backoffen" verwandelt. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, wenigstens einen kleinen Ventilator ohne dritten Beine brachte minimale Erleichterung. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht in der Lage, die Getränke kühl zu halten.

The bed was two singles put together which I fell into during the night. They did give a fan which was nice. My unit faced the front so there was no real privacy at all or quiet because I needed the windows open to move the air around. I moved a side table to prop the fan on and it was absolutely disgusting underneath it. I asked to have it cleaned but it took two days to get it fully cleaned up.

Keine Klimaanlage – aber zumindest ein Ventilator. Das Zimmer war zum Platz hinaus, wo es wegen des Stadtfestes an diesem Wochenende nicht immer leise war – insbesondere da man wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage zwingend das Fenster offen haben musste.
