Nie jest to obiekt do którego wrócimy:(

Cons:

Jest to bardziej apartamentowiec niż hotel niestety. Śniadania mocno przeciętne. Ceny na patio przy barze dość spore. W pokoju zacinające się drzwi które były zgłaszane do konserwatora a na wejściu rzucająca się w oczy firanka z dziurami. Jeśli jest to hotel mający standard warto byłoby zadbać o takie szczegóły. Odległość do centrum znacznie większa niż się spodziewaliśmy i skończyło się ciągłym podjazdami taxi.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view.

One of the highlights was the breakfast. Every morning there were not only the usual favorites but also new dishes to try, making the selection varied and exciting throughout our stay. Everything was fresh and delicious.

We also really appreciated having a proper ironing board and a high-quality iron in the room. It may seem like a small detail, but it's something that's surprisingly rare in hotels and made our stay even more comfortable.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakopane.

Pokój - czystość i komfort. Na plus. To kolejna moja wizyta w tym hotelu. Cisza i działająca klimatyzacja, kiedy za oknem 32 stopnie. Wszystko ok, jeśli chodzi o pokój. Należy odrożnić nocleg od opcji wyżywienia...

Cons:

Niestety, denerwuje mnie winda w Rezydencji II. Zawsze jest jakaś kolejka do niej w newralgicznych godzinach typu śniadanie, obiadkolacja, czy late checkout time. A biegać po schodach do/ z restauracji, czy na basen, z piętra np. 3 w tym budynku to wyzwanie w dniach upalnych.

Śniadanie także jest znacznie słabszej jakości, niż kilka lat temu. Jajecznica - jajka albo zmieszane z proszkowymi, albo czysto proszkowe. Kawa z expresu z mlekiem z proszku także. Owoce przy stacji livecooking powinny być świeże, a nie frużelina - opcja naleśnika. Sam koncept live cooking polega na tym, że danie robione jest przy Tobie na świeżo etc - także zasłoniecie blatu kucharza tymi czarnymi panelami jest kiepskie. Nie widzę jakiej jakości składniki dorzuca do omleta. ...Pieczywo także bardzo słabe, swieże, ale nie rzemieślnicze. Pomidory powinny być oprócz cząstek, krojone w plastry, by dziecko łatwo mogło zrobić sobie klasyczną kanapkę. Ponadto, przy upałach jak dzisiaj (powyzej 30 stopnii) porcjowane ciasta kremowe nie powinny stać ani chwili poza lodówką - niestety leżą na bufetowym stole, bez chłodzenia całe śniadanie, aż się wyjedzą. Absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Na tym stole powinna być mini lodówka cukiernicza i w niej wyłożone te kremowe ciasta... kolejnym razem miałabym ochotę na sam nocleg jedynie ...

Viskas buvo puiku. Pusryčiai gausūs ir skanūs, pasirinkimas nuo silkės iki blynelių. Patiko Spa zona su keturiom pirtim. Tik viešbutis kiek didokas, bet regitratūroje duoda žemėlapius. Sekantį kartą būnant Zakopanėje, tikėtina, kad grįšim.
