Serene peaceful property next to KOPA mall.
Pros:

Clean big rooms_ big comfortable bed, beautiful green surrounding, good breakfast which changes every day. Kettle _ tea coffe sachets. , electronic safe.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Koregaon Park, Pune, and would happily recommend it.

We had booked two rooms — an Executive Room and a room with a balcony. Both rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The hotel itself has a lovely ambience, and even the areas outside the rooms felt spacious and well maintained. We had originally planned to stay for just one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another day.

What stood out the most was the hospitality. The entire staff was extremely polite, warm and helpful. A special mention to Sunita and Preeti at the restaurant, who took exceptionally good care of us and were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The restaurant staff were equally wonderful. We were travelling with a baby, and throughout our stay they very kindly helped us by washing and sterilising our baby bottles whenever required. That level of care meant a lot to us. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, so much so that despite being in Koregaon Park with so many dining options around, we chose to have our meals at the hotel itself rather than eat outside.

Housekeeping was excellent, cleanliness throughout the property was very good, and overall the hotel felt comfortable, convenient and very welcoming.

One of the most memorable moments of our stay happened on 15th August. We went down simply to attend and watch the Independence Day flag-hoisting ceremony, but the hotel staff unexpectedly invited us to hoist the flag ourselves. It was an incredible honour and such an emotional moment for our family. We were genuinely touched by the gesture and will remember it for a very long time.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making what was supposed to be a short stay such a memorable one. The warmth, hospitality and thoughtful little gestures really made a difference. We would definitely love to stay here again.
