A fantastic stay
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and well appointed. We loved the baths, and the surrounding area. We fully enjoyed the cable car and rope ways, and listening to bird song on our balcony.

Cons:

Perhaps the hotel could have an automatic message sent to guests who book, explaining how to get there. We didn't know about the cable car, and thus walked up a steep set of hills. Perhaps we should have explored more before going.

O quarto é amplo e tem uma cozinha bem equipada.

O colchão não era muito confortável e a localização pra quem depende de transporte público fica mais difícil.

Una buena opción para hospedarte en Hakone!
Pros:

La habitación era super amplia, con muchos espacios muy comodos, contaba con un baño grande y otro baño adicional, las camas eran cómodas, el area de tatami sumaba un extra experiencial muy bueno, muy tradicional. La cocina era muy grande y cómoda. Recomiendo mucho usar el onsen, ¡fue una experiencia genial! Los alrededores del hotel muy lindos y la vista desde la habitación también.

Cons:

La ubicación era buena si buscas tranquilidad y estar lejos de todo, pero es un poco inaccesible si buscas moverte caminando. Llegamos un domingo y no sabíamos que el hotel no ofrecía ninguna facilidad de comida, tampoco había nada abierto en las inmediaciones, el konbini más cercano estaba a 1.6km aprox. con subidas y bajadas bastante pronunciadas, no era cómodo para moverte mucho, y al no tener nada en el alojamiento estabas obligado a moverte para conseguir comida. De haberlo sabido, haciamos compras antes de llegar al hotel. El hotel no incluye traslado como otros, así que si o si debes moverte en taxi.

Nice place, good value for money.
Pros:

Spacious, had kitchen facilities, two toilets for us which was good for family of 5, and onsen was very good!

Perfect for families and travellers
Pros:

Todo, el hotel es literalmente una casa, tiene 2 habitaciones si es que cuentas el tatami. cocina completa, comedor, 2 baños, lavadora, secadora, refrigerador. Era sentirse en casa. NADA COMPARADO A LAS PEQUEÑAS HABITACIONES DE UN HOTEL NORMAL. HAY ESPACIO DE SOBRA.
Para viajeros que llevan muchos días saltando de hotel en hotel, esto es verdaderamente una maravilla.
Es super cómodo.
Pudimos tener la opción de dormir en tatami o bien si no querías, puedes dormir en el dormitorio que tiene camas convencionales.

Nada. Todo super bien.

Logement très confortable, superbe "Onsen" privé.
Idéal pour aller prendre le bateau et avoir une superbe vue sur le Mont Fuji.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuné possible sur place.
Aucun restaurant ouvert à proximité, mais possibilité de se faire à manger dans le logement qui est très bien équipé.
Le petit supermarché: Lawson" est assez loin à pieds (30mn) du logement.

Réservation du taxi trop compliquée et pas d'aide de la réception pour le départ.
Les horaires du démarrage du "Cable Car" n'étant pas compatibles avec nos horaires du train à Hakone Yumoto.

Pros:

Logement très grand, très bien conçu, avec tous les équipements nécessaires a un long séjour (cuisine, salle a manger, grande salle de bain, WC séparés, lave linge, sèche linge...).
Très belle vue sur la forêt.
Onsen dans l'établissement. Un côté pour les hommes et un autre pour les femmes. Il y a un bassin intérieur et un autre a l'extérieur.
L'hôtel est accessible facilement depuis le funiculaire entre Gora et le téléphérique (bien descendre sur le quai de droite a Naka-Gora quand on est face au sommet).

Muy buena opción si tienes coche para dormir en Hakonen.
Pros:

Los espacioso del apartamento. El mobiliario nuevo. La cocina amplia y completa, tenía de todo. Grandes cristaleras desde el salón, también tenía terraza. El Onsen.

Pros:

Ruime kamer, zeer gezellig met een mooi uitzicht en comfortabel om te vertoeven. De zitzakjes gaven er een leuke touch aan. Heel gezellige en hygiënische onsen met uitzicht op de natuur, zeker een aanrader!

Cons:

Zeer kleine vuilbakken, deze zitten snel vol. Bediening airco niet in het Engels. Geen mogelijkheid tot bestellen eten, dit had wel een pluspunt geweest, aangezien het stijl wandelen is richting restaurants.
