Struttura molto accogliente a due minuti a piedi dal Taj Mahal. La vista sul monumento dalle camere in terrazza è davvero splendida. Le camere sulla terrazza sono piccole ma molto confortevoli e pulite. Lo staff è presente, accogliente, molto preparato e gentile. La colazione è semplice ma buona, offerta nel ristorante di fronte all’hotel. Nello stesso ristorante è possibile consumare anche gli altri pasti: staff gentilissimo e cibo davvero ottimo con attenzione alle esigenze di palati occidentali. I servizi taxi, tuk tuk e tour del Taj Mahal prenotati attraverso l’hotel sono stati ottimi e puntuali. Consiglio davvero questa struttura!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Premium rooms have a great view of the Taj Mahal. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble, especially Iram, the manager.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The toilet had poor drainage, which caused inconvenience during our stay. I had specifically requested an English-speaking driver when booking a car through the hotel, but the driver provided could not communicate in English.
The hotel charged us ₹8,000 for two days of car hire. After making local enquiries, we found that this appeared to be considerably higher than the usual local rate. Complimentary bottled drinking water was also not provided.
Overall, the accommodation and services did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, several hotels we booked through Booking.com during our Rajasthan trip were below the standard we had expected.
