Las camas excelente el hotel está en un barrio muy tranquilo alejado el ruido del centro puedes llegar caminando a plaza de armas o tomar el bus por menos de 2 soles, te alistan el desayuno cuando sales de madrugada es un alojamiento familiar y los anfitriones te paz y tranquilidad de que tú estancia será muy segura y acogedora.

La habitación amplia y con luz natural.
Muy tranquilo para dormir apenas se escucha el poco tráfico.
Es un edificio a medio construir, por lo que entra frío por la escalera.
Hace frío en la habitación. La cama tiene un edredón muy pesado que casi no te deja mover, es incómodo.
La ubicación, en un lugar apartado y muy alto. Hay que volver en un pequeño autobús (llamado "Batman") que va lleno en horas punta, aunque cuesta poco hay que esperarlo en una calle céntrica.
El lugar es cómodo, agradable, bonito. La cama 10 de 10, y todo limpio, aunque me quedé 2 días y no hubo limpieza en la habitación.
No está muy lejos del centro, pero es de difícil acceso para los taxis. Ni por aplicativo me agarraba. Hace muchísimo frío por las noches y el agua caliente demora mucho en estar lista.

El hospedaje muy bonito, limpio. Me encantó la amabilidad y buena disposición con la que siempre nos atendían.
El barrio de Santa Ana está en una zona alta, no tan cerca al centro, lo bueno es que hay un bus llamado el Batman que pasa seguido y tiene una parada ahí mismo, entonces te recoge y deja en el mismo hospedaje
La época en la que fuimos ha sido de mucho frío, lo bueno es que el señor nos prestó un cobertor adicional para pasar la noche más abrigados.

Personal es bueno, hotel está bien ubicado, pasa el micro para llegar al centro. Desayuno completo.
Falta agua caliente en el habitación. Estábamos 2 diass y un día agua super caliente y otro apenas tibia e imposible bañarse. Desayuno siempre lo mismo y no hay variedad. Las noches son frías y te cobran por caloventor 20 soles por noche .

I enjoyed most the tranquility. The hotel is located in a suburb at the edge of town, there is very little traffic, no bars, few people on the street, few barking dogs. There were other guests but I hardly heard them. The bed was excellent and there were bedlights on both sides of the bed. Enough soft blankets. In short: if you want to sleep well, come here.
The staff was very helpful: stored our luggage during long hikes, did our laundry for a reasonable price and called a taxi to the bus station
Though the hotel is not in the historic center there is a bus (‘Batman’) that stops in front of the hotel very frequently and takes you to the center and back in 10 minutes and for 1.20 soles.
There is a minimarket around the corner that seems to be always open.
It’s a small thing but some of the days there was only egg for breakfast and no marmalade and I like a sweet breakfast.
There is no heating but this is common in Cuzco, also in expensive hotels. There hotel has double glazing to keep out noise and keep in warmth. Still, it felt at times a little chilly.

Está un poco alejado del centro pero pasan colectivos cada 10 min.
O hotel é um pouco mais longe do centro, para pessoas mais jovens tranquilo de ir e voltar a pé então vale o custo!
Very cozy with the blankets, and big bed. Great showers, takes a while for the hot water to kick in but when it does it’s great. Great staff, family run, and they want to do the best they can do. So with that attitude I believe this place has potential.
The washrooms need more ventilation. When you have a hot shower everything in the washroom is wet by the end. Black mold growing on the ceilings. If you don’t mind a walk then the location isn’t bad but it’s a bit of a hike back and fourth from the main parts of town.
