Pros:

I had a room next door to the function room which had a 21st party . The party spilled into the hallway and stairwell causing me discomfort and I was contemplating moving to another hotel. When I spoke to reception the managers reviewed my concerns and offered me accomodation across the road away from the party and to a very nice apartment.
