Great location, amazing staff, delicious food and clean rooms.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and kind. They had a pet cat called Chucky which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The breakfast and restaurant was amazing along with the hotel room. It was very clean and modern. Also, the view from the restaurant was amazing and you could see almost the entire city.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und werden es mit gutem Gefühl weiter empfehlen!

Sehr zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar!
Das Personal, vor allem Fatya, Arya, Yaprak und Fırat haben ihr Bestes für unser Wohlbefinden gegeben!

Istanbul ok, Hotel nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Alles am Empfang hat funktioniert. 2 Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Frühstücksraum ganz oben bot schöne Aussicht. Beim Check-Out war niemand anwesend, aber eine freundliche Frau, die sich scheinbar auszukennen schien, hat uns unaufgeforder geholfen. Die Lage ist ok, aber nichts aussergewöhnliches.

Cons:

Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Es lag auf der Gebäuderückseite und der angebotene Balkon war unbrauchbar und unappetitlich. Aussicht keine. Nach ein paar Metern kam das nächste Gebäude und es war düster da nur von rechts etwas Licht kam. Aufgrund der Buchung (Delux) und den Bildern sowie der Ausstattung/Grösse (Grundriss auf Evakuierungsplan) scheint es so, dass wir nur ein Standard-Zimmer bekamen. Auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar, obwohl aber in der App zum Buchen verfügbar. Das Frühstück mit Filterkaffe war normal, mehr nicht. Wir reisen oft, aber was hier als gut oder sehr gut beschrieben wird ist es nicht.

Un bellissimo Rooftop
Pros:

La struttura presenta una posizione strategica, ben collegata a pochi passi dalla torre di Galata dalla metro e fermate dei bus.
Stanza che rispecchia le aspettative, una menzione particolare per la qualità del cibo offerto a cena nel rooftop dell’hotel e soprattutto da sottolineare gentilezza e cordialità del personale.

Da migliorare la pulizia nelle camere non eccelsa

Great small boutique Hotel in the best location with excellent amenities and staff!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We are a family of four with two young teens and reserved two adjoining rooms which worked perfect for us. The check in process was very fast with very courteous and friendly staff. We reserved before hand thru the Hotel the ground transportation from Airport to Hotel (roundtrip) and even though is on the high side is 100% worthy as both Istanbul Airports are kind of far from the City Center. The Hotel location is just perfect. The metro station is just few steps from the hotel and then from there you can connect everywhere. On top of this, from the hotel you can walk thru many touristic places like the Galata Tower which is only few blocks away. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offers warm and cold options and what a better way to start your day with this meal already included, plus the view from the rooftop restaurant is unbeatable! The rooms were very clean, enough space for the four of us, bathrooms were very well stocked with towels and all kind of toiletries! This is a small style boutique Hotel but it worked great for us, we stayed almost a week and had a very pleasant time. We strongly recommend it!

Cons:

We liked everything. Hotel was very good. We don't have anything to complain about.

Excellent location with fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent location for walking to Isikial St., fantastic rooftop breakfast space, restaurant & bar with beautiful views of the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus, nice size room with coffee/tea making. Bed side tables on both sides of bed. Shower worked very well and plenty of pressure and hot water. Storage space for our toiletries in the bathroom was sufficient.
Breakfast had good variety and hot scrambled eggs, olives, bread, fruit, etc. This is a pretty basic hotel, so no pool and a tiny lobby. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus we had a small patio with 2 chairs and a table.

Cons:

A/C often turned off, even during the night despite keeping our room card in the slot.

Personale monto gentile ,pozione perfetta.

L’unico aspetto negativo è stata la moquette, che purtroppo era piuttosto polverosa.

Pros:

조식은 종류는 간단했지만 뷰가 좋은 8층이었습니다.
역이나 트램과 매우 가까워 이동이 편했고, 앞에 광장이 있어서 늦은 밤에도 안전한 느낌이었습니다. 주변에 멋진 바나 식당도 꽤 많았어서 위치는 최고였습니다.

Cons:

건물 자체가 작아서 매우 좁은 엘리베이터 한 대밖에 없었는데, 아침 시간에 하우스 키핑 직원들과 짐 나르는 직원들 등과 같이 사용해서 오래 기다려야했습니다.
에어컨이 별로 시원하지 않아 직원이 와서 봐주고 갔지만 그래도 여전히 시원한 바람이 잘 나오지 않아 밤새 조금 더웠습니다..
