harika konum, temiz otel
Pros:

Konumu tartışmaya kapalı derecede harika ve merkezi. Otel beklediğimin çok üzerinde güzeldi. Odanın içi tertemiz, banyoda küveti ve sıcak suyu vesaire çok çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Otopark uzakta (Adler Hotel'in otoparkını kullanıyorlar konuma bakabilirsiniz), eşyalarımı bırakıp otoparka aracı götüreyim diyebileceğiniz bir durum da yok maalesef.
Odanın düzgün penceresi yok, tavanda bir pencere var onu da açamıyorsunuz. Klostrofobisi olanlar için ürkütücü.

Clean, relaxing, nice facilities and friendly staff!
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work and it was a little confusing trying to find it when you first get there and are greeted by shops instead of a reception.

Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable.

No entréis al hotel directo si vais en coche, preguntad por el parking que está a 2min andando en otro hotel.

Cons:

No pasaron por la habitación para hacerla, por lo que no hicieron cama, ni cambiaron toallas, ni repusieron gel.
Por otro lado, el baño olía muy mal a tubería, y lo intentan tapar con bolitas de alcanfor.

Precies in het centrum, goede ligging. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Geen eigen parkeerruimte en ontbijtruimte, wel op ander locatie van ander hotel Adler (zelfde eigenaar). Lopen voor ontbijt was geen probleem wel bagage.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde nach dem letzten Gästen nichr richrig geputzt, angegessene Schokolade war noch im Kühlschrank. Hausschuhe aus Stoff waren verfärbt. Etwas unhygienisch.

Als wir die Reisedaten des Zimmers ändern wollten, wurde angezeigt, dass es keine Zimmer mehr frei hat. Als wir dann mit der Rezeption per Chat auf Booking.com Kontakt hatten und um eine verkürzung unseres Aufenthalts baten, kam keine richtige Antwort zurück.

Nedovoljno informacija o pristupu hotelu, nalazi se u pješačkoj ulici, ne možete prići autom. Opcija za besplatan parking se odnosi na drugi objekat koji je udaljen 250m. Nije to strašno, ako znate unaprijed.
Sobe se nalaze u okviru trznog centra, na drugom spratu. Lift ne radi, sami nosite prtljag.
Na sve to vas očekuje informacija da doručak koji ste bukirali ustvari se služi u drugom objektu, ono. Isto gdje ste parkirali auto.

Soba bez svjetlosti, klima,, radi'', ali kako god da je podesite ona hladu na 27 stepeni.

Sve u svemu, nismo dobili šta smo očekivali. Da smo sve ove informacije znali unaprijed, bilo bi lakše.
