It’s a little bit of a walk to where the hustle and bustle is. So, if you’re looking to be in the middle of everything and plan or partying - might not be the location for you. But, if you’re like me who wants peace and quiet and a private beach that’s not crowded - this is the place for you.

Clean and calm

We spent a wonderful week at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious; I especially liked the bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful, and we were able to choose something new almost every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they immediately fulfilled all our wishes and requests. The hotel has its own private beach with a bar and restaurant. In short, we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation all in one place. See you next year!

Exceptional stay – worth every cent!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is clearly brand new, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean.

The girls at reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful — so friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned every single day, the floors were spotless, the bed was made, and they even neatly organized our things. The attention to detail was truly impressive.

Breakfast was a 10/10, with a huge variety of both sweet and savory options.

We were also absolutely delighted with the private Nysa Beach. The service was excellent, we received fresh and clean beach towels every day, and the staff treated us wonderfully throughout our stay.

The restaurant was a 9.9/10 — the food was incredibly delicious! The only small thing I personally missed was a little more variety on the menu, although this is completely understandable for a beach restaurant.

Overall, our experience with the hotel, the private beach, and especially the staff was exceptional. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming, and the quality of the entire experience was outstanding. It is worth every single cent — or Albanian lek!

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil. ❤️

Ruhige Lage, 5 min zu Fuss zu privaten Beach Club am Meer, sehr komfortabel, da Ksamil sonst überfüllte Strände hat und im Zentrum laute Musik ist. Man kann Liegen bis 11h reservieren lassen, dann werden sie freigegeben. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool. Hilfsbereites Personal, grosszügige Zimmer, feines Frühstück.

La struttura nuova, ben curata, pulitissima la spiaggia privata (bellissima) e il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile.
Lontano dal caos del centro e traffico

Look nowhere else for a hotel in Ksamil! We were blown away by this property. The hotel has a fabulous rooftop pool with a bar and full views of the bay. In addition to the well equipped, air-conditioned rooms, the hotel is in Ksamil - a short walk to the main town - but far enough away that it's easy to drive to Saranada, and walk to the hustle and bustle of the town. The real highlight was the private beach and beach club with loungers, a pool, direct sea access and a full restaurant. We spent every night here on the above water canopies, watching the sunset at the restaurant (with delicious seafood), before walking back to our room. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - the value for money was one of the best out of our whole week-long Albania trip!

The room was very nice and clean, the swimming pool on the roof facing the sea was wonderful. The stuff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there
