Immersione nel verde, raffinatezza e cordialità.
Pros:

Le collaboratrici di sala davvero meravigliose. Albergo curato nei particolari con parti di arredamento d'epoca davvero belle. L'esterno dell'hotel dove godere della vista meravigliosa....e molto altro.

Hôtel tout à fait recommandable, au delà des critères de sa catégorie. Tenu avec rigueur. Très pro. Personnel souriant et disponible. Bâtisse ancienne. Belle décoration. Propriétaire amateur d'art. Présence de nombreux tableaux et d'oeuvres d'art un peu partout. Décoration tyrolienne, typique au rez de chaussée, dans les salles de restauration et bar, plus épurée dans les chambres. Un lieu de séjour très agréable. Extérieur soigné. Sauna. Beau point de vue. Situation centre ville. Quartier très calme. Nombreuses fontaines.

Beau séjour à quelques minutes d’Ortisei
Pros:

Hôtel familial avec un personnel d’une grande amabilité. Emplacement idéal à 10 min en bus ou en voiture d’Ortisei. Parking gratuit disponible sur place. Belle vue depuis les terrasses des chambres sur les dolomites. Hôtel très propre.

Cons:

Pas d’air conditionné dans les chambres mais nous le savions avant de réserver.

Truly acceptional. The best hotel experience I have ever had.
Pros:

Everything. Truly the staff, the included breakfast, the attention to detail. I felt like I was accepted into another’s home with open arms. I loved it so much I extended my stay and moved around all of my other plans. Stay here!!

Pros:

La posizione della struttura, molto vicina al centro.
Il parcheggio privato.
Comodissimo che la struttura sia dotata di tessera e non chiave fisica (parere personale).
Colazione molto varia e buonissima.
Personale molto disponibile, avevo necessità all'ultimo di aggiungere una persona per una notte, mi hanno detto che non c'era problema e con un supplemento è stato possibile, davvero grazie mille.

Cons:

Che la struttura non offra stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici.
La mia camera era vicina al campanile e alle 8:00 suonavano, era come averle in stanza.

Struttura pulita e accogliente con camere moderne e stube storica stupenda! lo staff inoltre è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo come soluzione la mezza pensione perché la cena non ci ha mai deluso, veramente tutto buonissimo!!

工作人员非常友好 给我们了视野很棒 窗台就是长峰山的露台房间 房间干净舒适 早餐也不错

位置在半山腰需要爬上去 不过还可以接受 毕竟位置高才有美景 旁边的教堂早上会有很大的动静 如果喜欢睡懒觉会被吵醒

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

This is a wonderful family-run hotel with an authentic Alpine atmosphere. The extensive use of natural wood throughout the hotel creates a warm, cozy, and relaxing environment that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They helped us choose a fantastic room on the top floor with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks. Waking up every morning to such spectacular scenery was truly unforgettable.

The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed in a traditional Alpine style, and finished with plenty of natural wood, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day in the mountains.

We also really enjoyed the sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind after long hikes and e-bike rides in the Dolomites.

The location is excellent—close to the center of Santa Cristina while still being quiet, with easy access from the main road, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

Breakfast was another highlight. It featured delicious local Alpine specialties, including excellent homemade-style yogurts, high-quality cured meats, fresh bread, and many other regional products. It was the perfect way to start each day.

Finally, we would like to thank the staff once again for their genuine hospitality. Everyone was always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with any request.

This hotel made our trip to the Dolomites even more special. If we return to the Dolomites in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
