Beautiful property, clean, comfortable beds, amazing staff, well located. Bring earplugs.
Pros:

The property was very well located, it was clean, and the elevators were very efficient.

Cons:

You could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms, and the hallway. The elevator area was segregated from the room area by a door. This made it very awkward to juggle luggage and try to keep the door open, while you manoeuvred through.

Nice hotel but needs better sound proofing
Pros:

Very pretty hotel, near all the cafes/restaurants.

Cons:

Sound proofing was very poor, could hear doors slamming and people speaking in the hallway.

Lovely one nights stay
Pros:

Lovely boutique Hotel located in Newmarket Main Street. My room was upgraded free of charge which was a pleasant surprise and a very nice gesture.

The room itself was superb with every amenity required to enjoy your stay. Bed was super comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep.

Staff were so friendly and always displayed a professional manner in their dealings with you

Roof top terrace was lovely. However, cocktails are pricey so beware.

Overall a great stay, it was only for one night but if I return to Newmarket I would stay there again.

Pros:

The staff were great

Cons:

Sound insulation was not good. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. Also the corner of the hotel my room was in was on top of a nightclub or so it seemed. It was a Friday night. But I've never stayed in such a loud room.

Nice hotel with a good vibe
Pros:

Great location and vibe. We had a king bed which was very comfy!

Cons:

Our room wasn’t heated and had small loud heater on. Also our patio faced the garbage bins and we could see people walking around the back. Not worth paying for patio room.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The hotel it’s self was beautiful beds were comfortable & pillows were nice

Cons:

My room was stuck at 14 degrees was so unbelievably cold at all times they did provide a space heater wasn’t enough, there’s also no mini fridges in the rooms which sucks
