Comfy beds and good location to the airport
We had ants in the room and I had 2 on my bed crawling. Told the reception guy when checking out and also about all the cobwebs in the room. I also have mobility issues and we were accommodated in room 100 furthest away.

The fact that hand soap or shower gel were mixed with the water (I guess it was all about saving as much as possible so that’s why the water mix). There was hardly any shower gel in the bottle plus the fact that it was mixed with water was a big no!!!
Nice room
Fees to park at the hotel for the night were unacceptable as we had paid approximately £100 for our stay.
Good sized room, good food, helpful staff, great location
Great location, less than a 5 minute walk from the terminal. Was reasonably priced, especially given how close it was to the airport.
We were staying after our holiday due to the late time we landed. I called before I booked to check arriving during the night was ok, I was asked to email, the hotel confirmed it was not a problem as long as they knew, they put a note on the booking so it didn’t get put as a ‘no show’. I completed the online check in with the arrival time as well. I also messaged when I found out our flight was delayed. When we arrived at the hotel, the night manager was rude and said he’d put us as a ‘no show’. We were eventually shown to our rooms, it was at the point he left our rooms we were told there were no keys for the rooms as the machine had broken so if we wanted to leave the room, we either had to wedge the doors open or go to reception who would then let us back in again. The family was split across 2 rooms, so this wasn’t ideal.
The day staff were more helpful and confirmed the notes were on the booking so it shouldn’t have been listed as a ‘no show’ and they would email the managers to make sure we didn’t get charged for not turning up in addition to us paying on arrival.
