Super location, clean and modern but the service is very hit and miss.
Pros:

Excellent location central to main sights of Istanbul - mosques, palace, grand bazaar all within a nice short walk. The senior suite was suitable as we could close the living room side for our daughter to sleep while we stayed up. The doorman is your trusted advisor on where to go around town. Would be amazing if all staff were as helpful as he!

Cons:

Customer service was hit and miss. We were informed early check in would be accommodated if available (normal), but when we arrived we were expected to pay for the room as a half day. We arrived early in the morning with a toddler so we felt we had no choice other than to cough up in order to allow her to rest after a long flight. Both the initial receptionist and the manager were completely inflexible on this. They offered complimentary breakfast for one morning to make up for it but that doesn't offset what we had to spend. The room lighting panel was complicated to operate and the temperature in the bedroom vs living room had a 6 degree difference even though the thermostat was set to a single temperature - so we thought the bedroom was quite warm while our daughter, initially unknowingly, was sleeping in 17 degrees :( House keeping didn't top up our nespresso pods even after we asked.

Excellent modern hotel in Istanbul

Great value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect, walking distance from everything. The room is big and very nicely decorated.
All the staff was excellent, super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Ibrahim, always with a smile and happy to help.

Cons:

The breakfast didn't fit the hotel standard. It didn't have a lot of options and the quality was not the best. For the price, 10€ per person, is acceptable.
