Didn’t get to stay because they cancelled our reservation.
Pros:

Nothing - they cancelled our booking on day we were to arrive.

Cons:

Stayed at another hotel nearby. This hotel site was still a mess from Construction and they were not able to get permits to open. They should have realized this a lot sooner than the day we were to arrive.

They advertised the property before having a permit to actually have customers. Or this is a scam? Either way, I booked and paid and then the week of my stay they abruptly canceled saying they didn’t have the required permits.

It was dirty, smelled awful. I got my room keys, walked into the room, looked around and immediately left. It felt unsafe - I would not have been comfortable sleeping there alone.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in north america, do not stay at this hotel.

Close to the airport and restaurants nearby

Cons:

The room was disgusting. Multiple burns on the carpet floor, dirty walls, improperly installed plugs, unclean and MOULD in the bathroom.

When I attempted to change the room, they told me to call booking.com. The Booking had an AI phone message, and nothing could be done. Complete waste of money.

Be cautious if your hotel has issues and you want to make a change. You can not reach a live agent at booking.com. I recorded my booking call with AI.

The hotel itself was dirty with garbage everywhere. Burnt out lights in elevator suggesting a need for elevator maintence past due which is a major code violation in BC. And many more issues.

A bit of a supprise.
Cons:

Over charged $131.00 on my credit card for a double bed room.$393.23 almost $400.00 for one night.! I t was supposed to be like $262.00 which included all taxes. Also I bath towel and no wash clothes in our room.
