Hotel molto comodo. Camera molto grande e confortevole. i ragazzi della reception sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Colazione super abbondante vista piramidi.

Это лучший отель в Гизе. Даже не ищите лучше. Мы потратили 2 недели, чтобы найти отель, который не будет отпугивать своими отзывами и нашли. Вид на завтраках и ужинах - невероятный. Достаточно далеко от верблюдов, чтобы не пахло экспериментами, достаточно близко к пирамидам, чтобы дойти до входа пешком. Берите сразу полупансион, с хорошими кафе в Гизе все плохо. Приходите сильно голодными, кормят очень качественно. Но напитки платные. Номер достаточно простой, но свежий и полностью исправный. Персонал отличный. Единственный минус - надо сдавать ключ при выходе из отеля.

It is very clean small hotel with modern rooms. When I say "clean", I mean really clean, considering that it is difficult to find clean in Cairo especially close to pyramids.
Staff is very friendly, they are willing to accommodate most of your requests. We ordered airport transfer and Nile cruise dinner from hotel and were delighted. Car for the transfer was a bit old, but driver was prompt to pick us up from airport. Same driver later took us to dinner cruise. It was well organized dinner cruise. Boat was nice with good entertainment, but don't expect good food. Food is mediocre like on all Nile dinner cruises.
I chose this hotel because of location. It is 2 minutes walking from pyramids gates.
The staff was very friendly. They prepared early breakfast for our daughter as per our request. They are also flexible to prepare breakfast later than normal time (like 11am) if requested in advance. Hotel is quite generous with breakfast: omelet, croissants, french fries, fruits, vegetables, some egyptian dishes.
It is a small family owned hotel. They maintain it very clean. They eager to help you with everything you need.
Would definitely recommend.

Da Hotel liegt nur wenige 100m vom Eingang zu den Pyramiden. Wir hatten ein großes, wunderbar neues Zimmer. Das Bad war prima, auch die Betten. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und aufmerksam.

Everything, Moataz was very kind to us. The room was amazing, the view was great and very good breakfast.

What made this stay truly special is that the hotel is locally owned and managed, so by staying here you are directly supporting the local community and families instead of a big international chain — and you can genuinely feel the heart behind it.
The location is strategic: super convenient for visiting the pyramids and just an easy Uber ride from the central parts of Cairo. Waking up and seeing the pyramids from the room felt almost unreal.
Our room was very spacious, spotless, nicely furnished and comfortable. The view alone was worth the trip.
The real soul of this place is the staff. The team is made up of many young local people who are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They don’t treat you like just another tourist — they truly want to make you feel like a valued guest in their home.
If you want an authentic experience, warm human connection, and a great view of the pyramids, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

A small and charming boutique hotel. The location is perfect for a walking tour of the pyramids via the Sphinx entrance, and the new GEM is also just a short taxi ride away. The airport pickup service worked perfectly, even at night. The tour to Alexandria booked through the hotel was excellent and highly recommended; the guide accommodated all our requests, showed us everything we wanted to see, and didn’t make any stops at papyrus shops or similar places, which is often the case with other tours. The rooms are very spacious and modernly furnished; the refrigerator, air conditioning, and hot water worked perfectly, and the daily cleaning was excellent. The highlight is the breakfast area on the rooftop terrace, which we enjoyed there every day. The day couldn’t start any better. Breakfast is served, and requests are gladly accommodated. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel location is excellent!
It’s very close to the pyramids, so it was perfect for visiting them in the cool morning weather without feeling too hot.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to stay in a pyramid-view room this time, but we would definitely love to try one on our next visit. The pyramid view from the rooftop restaurant during breakfast was absolutely amazing 👍🏼

The room condition was also excellent.
Unlike many other hotels, the room was very spacious, and it had a large comfortable sofa and table, which made it very convenient for eating and relaxing.

Best of all, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
We had an issue while trying to arrange a taxi to the airport, but they gave us so much assistance and helped us arrive safely.

Thanks to the great location, comfortable room, and friendly staff, we had a very relaxing stay. If we have the chance, we would definitely love to visit again!

Location and room was quite big and clean. But I got diarrhea from the vegetables I ate for breakfast.
