Pros:

Hotel bellissimo! Un edificio storico che è stato convertito in hotel con una ristrutturazione molto ben curata, perfetto in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo avuto una accoglienza straordinaria, e abbiamo molto apprezzato il servizio ricevuto, che è davvero fuori dall’ordinario! L’accoglienza greca si apprezza davvero soggiornando in questo meraviglioso hotel. Consigliatissimo!!!

Pros:

Un hôtel absolument fabuleux ! Le personnel est exceptionnel, d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. L’emplacement est parfait, dans un quartier que nous ne connaissions pas et que nous avons adoré découvrir, avec d’excellents restaurants à proximité.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would go back to the hotel just for the staff and the amazing breakfast

Glorious stay in a really interesting location with wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. We were very happy with our room, which was comfortable, cosy, clean, and well maintained. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The garden and the surroundings was really beautiful and relaxing.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Not Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Athens. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing that was a little annoying was the noise from a music arena/venue close from the hotel.

Pros:

La decoración, el personal y la comida muy buenas. El ambiente de la piscina muy relajante.

Cons:

Todo está pensado para usarse mediante domótica a través del móvil y por la noche se nos encendieron en 2 ocasiones las luces del baño. No sé si por contacto de otra habitación.
Las habitaciones muy monas pero al menos las de la planta baja son oscuras y no puedes tener abierto porque te ve todo el mundo que pasa, estaría bien que los cristales no permitieran la vista de la habitación desde fuera.

Wanted to love it but left early
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, varied, fun presentation, we really enjoyed it. The staff was really great as well. We especially enjoyed talking to George who was fun and helpful and interesting. The entrance gardens were beautiful and peaceful. The front desk concierge gave us a great recommendation for dinner in the neighbourhood.

Cons:

Overall this hotel didn't work for us. We left after one night during a pre-paid 3-night stay (no refund or compensation offered and we didn't ask).

We didn't like how busy the room was, full of too many decor items everywhere, leaving little room for our own stuff. Only 4 hangers in the closet. We couldn't find a garbage bin in the room (aside from the small toilet bin). Cleanliness in the room was not up to standard: the shower had pink mould stains, we found a stained towel and a bunch of small things in the room were broken - on their own not a big deal (ie. shower gel bottle pump was broken, coffee machine didn't work etc.) but when you put them all together, they added up and became frustrating.

In the common area, we didn't like the beanbag chair seating around the pool, it was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere but with furniture like that, its hard to understand if it was set up for a pool party or for relaxing.

Overall, this hotel is good and charming for a quick visit to Athens but if you're booking a luxury experience, the point is that you arrive and feel taken care of immediately. If you have to spend time figuring out too many small details (like hanging up clothes, turning on lights or figuring out why one of the blinds won't go up or down), this isn't it.

The concept is quaint but if you're going to promote as both quirky AND luxury, its important to make sure the quirks are all in perfect working order with guest comfort in mind.

Un pedazo del paraíso en Atenas
Pros:

El NOT hotel es un pedacito del Paraíso desde el que se puede llegar caminando al centro de Atenas. Las instalaciones, el personal, la piscina, el restaurante... todo maravilloso. Dan ganas de volver a Atenas una y otra vez sólo por alojarse en este hotel.

Cons:

Tener que marcharme tan pronto... :(
