Hotel that feels more like a motel
Pros:

Employees did their best with the tools given to them, and they were polite and friendly. Arepas in the breakfast were excellent! Air conditioning was working well.

Cons:

The location is quite terrible: The street where it is located is dangerous especially during dark (my husband's family was terrified for us walking to the hotel from their home). And the hotel door is kept locked and reception has to open it, meaning you have to stand outside by the street.
Lot of noise from the street (or other rooms).

Sheets were not clean, they were stained. Only 2 smallish towels for 2 people, meaning after shower water was everywhere. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper provided (luckily no more needed during our stay). No housekeeping during the stay (so no cleaning between nights), but at least maintenance brought a shower door that was missing when we arrived.

Hotel room door could not be locked from inside because it was not fitting well the frame.

El sitio es bueno en la medida de ubicación,

Cons:

Tiene algunas ventajas pero no es del todo agradable. Por ejemplo ofertan un jacuzzi por $70.000 adicionales y no funciona de manera adecuada; dicen que el desayuno es una cortesía, cuando es justo el precio con el desayuno incluido....el personal le falta más amabilidad...agradezco de todas maneras su atención

Se puede mejorar algunos detalles, pero estuvo muy bien mi estadía.
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico la atención el personal super amable la terraza la piscina espectacular todo muy limpio.

Cons:

el sonido de la habitación no funcionaba y la tv no sirvió para activar Netflix allí solo tenían canales nacionales y la perra de la ducha sonaba horrible
