Pros:

Территория, пляж, ресторан

Cons:

Один из номеров который нам дали совершенно не соответствует картинке, которая была на фото при броне. И дело даже не в мебели, а размере номера. Прикрепляю реальные фото + то что было на букинге когда я бронировала отель. Причем сейчас это фото уже удалили с букинга, но когда я показывала менеджеру свою бронь, оно было

К тому же дверь выходила на лестницу персонала (вид был на рабочие инструменты и материалы), в 6 утра туда приходили рабочие и вели шумные работы, что мешало спать.

Менеджер отеля сказал, что у них в системе случился сбой и они согласны с тем что номер отличается от того что на фото в букинге. Предложили поменять номер, ведут в новый, открываем дверь а там во всю идет ремонт. Странно что менеджер про это не знал, просто развел руками со словами «тогда ничего не можем сделать». Предложили поставить еще одну доп кровать в наш второй номер и чтобы мы жили там втроем. Мы согласились, но потом оказалось, что возврат это не предусматривает, по сути нам просто предложили жить в 1 номере втроем, хотя мы оплатили 2 нормальных номера.

Также у нас целый день (вечер, ночь, утро) не было воды - вообще никакой! Невозможно было даже умыться, что тоже сильно испортило настроение, поскольку это случилось в день перед отъездом и никто об этом не предупредил, персонал относился к проблеме равнодушно, даже не предложили доп воду взять в номер, чтобы хотя бы почистить зубы

Amazing, I strongly recommend!
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, view was fantastic, such kind staff, room was over expectations, and facility was well kept. I strongly recommend! I will be back.

Cons:

If I have to say something; the size of the starters were very big, I think they can be downsized.

Apaisant, agréable et chaleureux
Pros:

L’hôtel était magnifique, le personnel était au petit soin et il était seulement à 10 minutes du centre.

Cons:

Malheureusement il y avait une énorme pente, très difficile d’accès en voiture, on l’a monté et descendu à pied chaque jour et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’on a découvert qu’il y avait une autre entrée plus accessible.

Dream place. One of the most beautiful hotels we have visited so far.
Pros:

What a magical place. The room was huge with stunning view to the sea side. The pool is amazing. Everyone was super kind and helpful.

Cons:

To reach it there is a very steep and narrow road. There were road works and we could not access the usual car park, but we had to park in a very narrow road. But I am sure they will sort it soon and it was worth it anyway

地理位置不方便，要下一个70度的坡才能到酒店，没有电梯，还好工作人员可以帮忙扛箱子。

Чудесный, замечательный персонал! Все очень стараются, дружелюбные и приветливые, спасибо большое ребятам из ресторанной службы, вы лучшие!

Cons:

Очень плохая уборка и качество номеров. Все действительно старое и требует ремонта. За 7 дней постельное белье не поменяли ни разу, с учетом того, что отель один из самых дорогих на полуострове. В номер ломились с 9.00 утра, даже несмотря на то, что дверь была закрыта внутри на замок, продолжали свои попытки открыть. Никаких отельных стандартов нет. И уборку видимо никто не проверяет. Нам принесли новое одеяло и две подушки, на нем были чьи то волосы. В душевой грязь(

Очень хорошее место, если хочется уединения и спокойствия
Pros:

Очень красивое расположение, территория, камерность и уютность отеля. Прекрасный ресторан и отличные завтраки. Шикарные виды на море

Cons:

Номера симпатичные, но расстроили некоторые моменты. Например черная плесень в ванной, грязные окна и ободранная мебель

Not worth the money
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent food and breakfast. Quiet part of Kas if you like the distance.

Pros:

Beautiful Mediterranean views and vibe architecturally, staff was as pleasant and helpful as could be.

Cons:

Early season. Poor choices of meals ( not fresh) and most items on menus not available. Always told early in season (we were there last week of April). Far from town. Unless you have a car, once you’re there you are there. Not a true hotel
