Villa Hotel Tamara

Соотношение цена/качество: номер стоил порядка 2600 евро за 6 ночей. При этом в номере не обнаружено ни одного достоинства кроме вида с балкона и хорошего кондиционера.
Сам номер люкс был уставший, местам отваливалась плитка, тек кондиционер, постельное белье самое дешевое и достаточно не новое, сама мебель это самый дешевый пластик. По этому фото не живые, а только рендеры🙈 В ванной постоянно пахло сыростью.
Не то что ожидаешь от люкса)
Номер был на последнем этаже, под скатной крышей и пол номера было отгорожено стеной, что создавало помещение неясного назначения, с микро окном и рейлом для одежды, к которому было даже не подойти, тк крыша в том месте была на уровне 1,5 метров🙈 и одежда на этот рейл не помещалась по длине, даже рубашки не влезали на него полностью.
Также в отеле нет обслуживания номеров, в номер тебе ничего не принесут, если что-то нужно: топай по всем лестницам в бар или ресепшен. А при этом в номере нет даже кофемашины, штопора, бокалов и ничего из этого тебе не принесут) пожалуйста, сходи ножками на 3-5 этаже вниз и вверх)

Кстати в корпусах нет лифта и ты целыми днями взбираешься по бесконечным лестницам.

Все удобства на территории отеля также достаточно уставшие и за ними толком никто не следит. Из примера: по дороге на пирс на дороге кто-то потерял мужское нижнее белье, так вот, оно лежало на этой дорожке все дни нашего пребывания🤯 пляжные полотенца уже отжили свое, уборная за пределами номера одна на весь отель, в том числе пляж и ресторан.

- пляж (понтон) низкого качества, нет зонтов
- цена завышена очень сильно, за 450 евро я жил в шикарных шато по Франции. Ему цена 150-18@ евро максимум

I wasn’t aware of how many stairs they were

The place is filthy and run-down. Strong smell of sewage in our room. They moved us, but the next room was the same. The bathroom was shocking, with mould all around the shower and a pungent smell. The manager was dismissive; I felt sorry for the staff, as clearly inexperienced and had no direction from the manager, but tried their best. The place needs a lot of attention; our door didn't lock and was clearly damaged. Our shower door was missing. The drive down to the Hotel is amazingly steep, our transfer refused to drive down it. Make sure you search for some of the hidden reviews.

If I could give this property 0 stars, I would. I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely recommend avoiding this place. We booked two nights based on the photos but left after the first night because we couldn’t imagine staying another day. Every single time we walked past reception, another guest was there complaining about something—if that tells you anything. The property was dirty, extremely overpriced, poorly maintained, and the service was unacceptable. The food and drinks at the property were very expensive given the quality.

We specifically booked a room advertised with both a pool and sea view, but were given a side room with barely any sea view. When we raised the issue, reception dismissed our concern. Even worse, while discussing us with management in Turkish, staff members mocked us, apparently assuming I couldn’t understand Turkish. I could. We witnessed them behave similarly toward another guest who was complaining that her door wouldn’t lock and her toilet wouldn’t flush.

Our room had multiple maintenance problems: the shower had no hot water, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the sink was leaking. I emailed the property about the room-view issue that night and received no response that night. I also contacted them about the water issues and was told around midnight that someone could come look at them in 20 minutes. We declined because of the late hour, but no one followed up or checked the issues the next day either.

The staff generally seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question or tried to order something. The breakfast area was particularly dirty, with food scraps everywhere and ants, and the food and drinks were extremely overpriced for the quality.

The photos do not reflect the experience we had. We couldn’t leave soon enough and would absolutely not stay here again.

The room was spacious but its not that clean! Also the towels in the room are worn off, they need to change them. They can do better with the rooms honestly. Also the hotel is all stairs, you should know that before you arrive.

1. Завтрак за всё время нашего пребывания был очень скудным и не вариативным. Ожидал, что будет больше позиций, или они будут хоть как-то меняться. Однако по итогу каждый день приходилось довольствоваться парочкой блюд, которые были более менее нормальные, остальное совсем не вкусно или выглядело очень "уставшим"
2. Бассейн, который находится в отеле — тоже солёный
3. В комнатах не очень удобная система с кондиционером и карточками — сразу выключается, если открыть дверь, и нужно всегда оставлять одну карту в номере, чтобы он работал.
4. Персонал не сообщает и никак не предупреждает о том, когда нельзя заходить в бассейн — у нас произошла такая ситуация, что мы с девушкой пришли поплавать, и только спустя какое-то время к нам подошли и сказали, что в бассейне лежат гранолы хлора, которые опасны для здоровья — никаких знаков, что заходить в бассейн нельзя нет
5. Не очень приветливый персонал по общему ощущению

Hate to say this but the staff were a little bit clueless.

Needed a lot of maintenance.. was very deceiving from the pictures.. no phone in room.. no hot water.. missing planks on the deck to the sea.. dirty sunlounges..

Персонал на ресепшн не очень дружелюбный, особенно девушка которая говорит по-русски.
Номер с видом на сад осказался с видом на парковку.
Ужасная шумоизоляция - до 22:00 спать не получиться.

Terrible sewage/drain smell , the biggest issue by far. The smell coming from the bathroom was genuinely unbearable at times and significantly affected our enjoyment of the room.
Too many influencers ,there seemed to be tripods everywhere, which took away from the peaceful holiday atmosphere.
Drones everywhere ,this felt particularly intrusive and uncomfortable when trying to relax and enjoy some privacy.
Poorly maintained sea deck ,the area needs much better upkeep.
Useless umbrellas,the string-style umbrellas provided virtually no shade, which was a real problem in the strong sun.
Serious safety concerns,large sections of decking were missing, with no balustrade or adequate protection. This felt extremely dangerous and needs urgent attention.
Lack of management support ,although the staff were friendly, they appeared to need more training and stronger management support. When problems arose, there didn't seem to be a senior manager available to properly address them.
Overall maintenance and oversight ,the hotel has huge potential, but the sewage issue, safety concerns and lack of effective management were significant enough to negatively impact the stay.

L’accueil n’était pas particulièrement chaleureux. L’état des serviettes de plage pourrait également être amélioré. Nous avons aussi remarqué une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il n’y avait pas vraiment de changement ni de variété au cours du séjour. Enfin, la literie n’était pas très confortable.
