The room for wheelchair users must be requested in advance. PARKING: The hotel has limited number of parking spaces. An advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary.

Die Größe des Badezimmers und viele Spiegel war sehr schön

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen des Wellness gebucht, die Sauna war aber zu beziehungsweise kaputt. Manchmal gab's kein warmes Wasser im Bad, was auch bei dem kalten Wetter nicht angenehm war.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war auch nicht perfekt.

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig,sauber,gemütlich und sowohl von der Einrichtung als auch der Ausstattung her sehr ansprechend. Außerdem gab es Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.
Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 22,mit welcher man bequem alle wichtigen Plätze der Stadt erreichen kann, war äußerst praktisch. Dadurch konnte man die ruhigere Lage abseits des Touristenstromes und innenstädtischen Trubels entspannt genießen.

The finest hotel for the price I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

The rooms are fantastic. Large, convenient outlets everywhere, bedside lighting, a large tub, giant shower, large closet, sitting area, desk, small terrace, terrific service, fantastic breakfast , lovely staff. Lobby is large and comfortable with a bar and fireplace. Pitcairn hill and the castle 15 minute walk away. Tram 22, the most convenient to see Prague, is directly across the street.,

Hotel in toller Lage mit zu vielen Fehlern und Mängeln in vielen Details
Pros:

Großes Zimmer in guter Lage oberhalb der Burg, Tolles Frühstück, schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Bei dem Preis und den Sternen hätte Folgendes nicht passieren dürfen:
- Sehr lockerer Wasserhahn, den man selbst hin- und herdrehen kann,
- verstopfte Duschabflüsse, so dass Wasser in Dusche anstieg und ins Bad rauslief,
- am 3. Tag verstopftes Waschbecken, so dass Wasser nicht mehr ablief, nach Reklamation selbst am Abend noch das Wasser im Waschbecken-nogo!
- Toller TV an der Wand mit 2 !!!!! deutschen Programmen, dafür gab es ersatzweise Al Jazeera. ZDF...not Signal....Sat1, RTL Pro 7 oder 3. Programme gar nicht, nur ARD und KIKA, das geht bei soviel deutschen Touristen dort und Satelliten Signal heute doch einfach nicht mehr, dass man zu faul ist, die Sender ordentlich einzuspeisen.
- nur 1 Zimmerkarte pro Zimmer
- kein neues Toilettenpapier hingelegt, trotz leerer Rolle und durchgeführtem Zimmerservice.
- Ein Kühlschrank, der nach Stunden nur auf 16-18 Grad kühlte.
- Eine überteuerte, sehr heiße Tiefgarage (29Euro die Nacht)

Das sind eindeutig zu viele Mängel für ein als hochwertiges Zimmer gepriesenes und auch teuer bezahltes Zimmer (3 Nächte fast 600 Euro!!!)

Sehr wertiges Ambiente mit reichlichem Frühstückbuffet und guten Cocktails - leider schließt die Bar zu früh.
