O acabamento do hotel é muito bom, a cama é gigante, e o hotel é bem próximo a cidade amuralhada. O cafe da manha é servido a la carte, e nao buffet. Ele é feito na hora e muito gostoso

Cons:

Fazer o cafe na hora fica muito gostoso porém demanda mais serviço, por isso deve ser paciência com a demora e a falta constante se copos, sucos. Mas os pratos frescos compensam isso.

A localização é conveniente, embora o entorno não seja muito bom.

Cons:

Não tem internet. Em tese sim, mas não funciona. Para trabalhar nem pensar, a sorte é que estava a lazer e com dados celulares.
O banheiro não tem ventilação nem exaustão, é mínimo, o banho é difícil.
A iluminação de todo o quarto é pouca, especialmente na bancada da pia.

Nos quedamos unas noches en Mood Matuna con mis amigasy fue una experiencia increíble de principio a fin. La ubicación es inmejorable: justo entre Getsemaní y el Centro Histórico, así que se puede caminar a todos lados sin problema. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, muy silenciosas a pesar de estar en el centro, y con una decoración moderna que combina perfecto con el estilo de Cartagena. El personal fue increíblemente atento en todo momento, resolvieron cualquier duda al instante y se notaba que realmente querían que la estadía fuera perfecta. La habitación con vista a la ciudad fue uno de mis lugares favoritos para relajarme. En resumen: ubicación, habitación y servicio, todo impecable. 100% recomendado, ¡volvería sin dudarlo!”

Eu já sabia e por isso nao foi um problema, nao tem frigobar nos quartos. Vc entrega a bebida na recepção e eles guardam. Informaram ser provisório.

Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Het personeel was bijzonder attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons welkom voelden. De kamers waren mooi, verzorgd en zeer comfortabel. Ook de locatie was uitstekend: midden in het centrum en op korte afstand van alles wat je nodig hebt. Al met al een fijne ervaring en een prettig verblijf.
