Skip it. No WiFi, no return of deposit, staff is non existent and unhelpful.
Cons:

No front desk. Check in and check out is done thru the grocery store at the ground floor with odd hours. I arrived at 3 pm and my reservation couldn’t be found. They go thru a number of booking platforms so the organization is based on screen shots. No other staff on site. No one available at 6 pm for WiFi code or clarification of 50 MYR deposit. I left next day at 7 am for the airport no return of deposit as no staff until 9 am. I spoke and texted with hotel per how to return my deposit with no response.

Value for money
Pros:

Overall value for money. Everything was good. The bed, the facilities, I am comfortable. Moreover the value for money paid is fairly good with what I have get.

Cons:

Sometimes the hot water is not consistently come. that's all. Minor issue.

Pros:

Okay for one night stay. Room was decent size, it provided two bottles of water, towels and dental kit. Mattress was big and comfortable and AC worked well. They let us keep our bags in the room until we left to the bus station.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't look very clean and it could use some renovation. There's no clear information if there's reception or you need to self-checkin. You need to reach out to them through WhatsApp to ask clarification, otherwise they don't send you any instructions. On the check-out there was no one other than the housekeeping to give us back the deposit in cash.

BIASANYA LANTAI HOTEL BERHABUK SEBAB SAYA AKAN LAP LANTAI UNTUK SOLAT, YANG INI SAYA LAP LANTAI DENGAN TISU BASAH, TISU TAK KOTOR DENGAN HABUK HABUK.

SEKIRANYA ANDA TELAH SAMPAI DI HOTEL TERUS CALL NO HOTEL UNTUK MINTA PASSOWRD,BELL TIDAK BERKESAN.
