Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the position which is in the center of the city center, to the staff of the receiption where they were very welcoming, and they were very helpful in many matters, whatever I asked them the answer me happily and provide me with what I need, Amna was helpful in reserving with restaurants and cafés, and Zack with daily matters, and even in waking me up for my appointments.
I shouldn't forget the room service for their accurately and professional services the whole period of my stay.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, agréable, situé près du centre ville de Tunis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est très agréable, et professionnel en particulier Emna.

Pros:

L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda ed è silenziosa. La camera della giusta dimensione e la colazione buona (ai miei bambini hanno fatto il latte con il cioccolato <3 ). L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e Zac alla reception ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno (parla italiano); anche in serata, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con i bambini, sono stati super comprensivi. assolutamente consiglio questo hotel.

Am besten was ich gesehen habe , sehr sauber , in das Zentrum und die Leute an der Rezeption so nett besonders Sabrine und Jamal gibt es Parkplatz daneben und frühstück war so lecker ! Besonders Amna so freundlich und nett steht auf jeder Zeit zur Verfügung

Bu otelde üç gece konakladım. Odam 1. Kattaydı. Odada gece klimayı kapattığımda hiç bitmeyen bir ses ve apartman boşluğuna bakan 105 numaralı odanın konumu sanırım boruların olduğu yer, 3 gece boyunca sesten asla uyuyamadım. Odaları temizleyen personel sanırım sıkıntıları var. Yalnızca yatak topladı 3 gün boyunca. Islak havluluları almış yenilerini asla koymamış. Yarım olan tuvalet kâğıdını neden alırsın? Yada yenisini koy değil mi ?? Gidip istedim. Odaya getirmediler. Yatağın içinde iğrenç tüyler vardı. Ben hiç memnun kalmadım dinlenemedim ve en temel temiz havlu ve tuvalet kağıdı. Geceliği 3,5 tl olan bir yer de vermeli diye düşünüyorum. Ülkede zaten genel olarak su sıkıntısı var. Kahvaltıda 1 bardak su istedik , gönülsüz bir şekilde yarım bardak verdiler. Ben bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Daha çok araştırılıp , daha iyi hizmet veren bi yer çok rahat bulunur. Bu otelin etrafında bir sürü otel daha var :) gidin orada kalın..
