Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Schon am Telefonat hat uns Emna sehr geholfen.Wir konnten sehr spät einchecken, worüber wir sehr froh waren. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Die Lage war auch top!

Cons:

In unserem Bad hingen Kabel heraus. Mit kleinen Kindern war das ein bisschen gefährlich.
Es war ein bisschen laut in der Nacht , aber man hat sich dran gewöhnt.

Il valore di questo hotel non è tanto la posizione, quanto il personale sempre disponibile. La nostra giornata cominciava con il sorriso, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Emna che ci serviva una buona colazione. Poi "partenza" alla scoperta di Tunisi. La nostra camera piccola accogliente, e pulita, aveva la finestra nella corte interna quindi silenziosa. Bottiglie di acqua e bollitore a disposizione. Al piano una grande terrazza con tavolini e sedie per godere del sole. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa l'odore sgradevole proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Service top und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Addzak und Eman. Beide waren immer freundlich, respektvoll und sehr engagiert. Sie haben meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Τυνησίας. Καθαρό και το δωμάτιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι! Το πρωινό αν και δεν ήταν μπουφές η Εμνα πάντα μας εξυπηρετούσε σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν καθώς και σε ότι άλλο χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί να μας βοηθήσει με ευγένεια και καλοσύνη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
