Propreté, personnel accueillant, hôtel rénové récemment. Proche du centre historique

Cons:

Chambre petite, douche bruyante (système d'aération), réfrigérateur non fonctionnel.
C'était une seule nuit donc j ai pas réclamé pou changement de chambre.
Ruelle petite, fenêtre sur espace intérieur de 2 m2 très mal aéré

Pros:

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔で快適でした　駅にも近く、メディナにも歩いて行ける立地が良かった

Room is clean, location is great, but they need to work on staff skills and facilities
Pros:

The location is beautiful, you experience life of Tunisian people, local markets all over the place and Barcelona Park is few minutes away (with main bus station there as well)

Cons:

- Room wasn’t ready on arrival 30 minutes delay.
- No one asked if I need help with 4 bags, I had to ask for help only for receptionist to ask for cleaner to help with luggage.
- had an early flight had to leave early before breakfast, morning receptionist said we can give you part of the breakfast just ask the night receptionist to help. I found the receptionist sleeping in the lobby, wasn’t happy with me asking him to wake up.
got me into the kitchen and said “here you go this is the fridge and the coffee machine, if you find anything you like take” and went back to sleep 🤣

I don’t know place didn’t seem accommodating, but this can be my own individual opinion.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Hôtel Suisse Tunis is in a fantastic location and kept spotlessly clean, though the bed comfort could be improved. My stay was very convenient thanks to the hotel's central location and high standards of cleanliness. However, I found it difficult to get a restful night's sleep as both the mattress and pillows were far too hard, and the bed tended to slide and move every time I shifted in my sleep.

Pros:

Centrally located, comfortable bed, convenient hotel for being centrally located in Tunis.

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of TLC. The photos on booking are old. The bathroom (the shower) needs a decent scrub or to be updated.
