Incredible staff, beautiful grounds, lovely pools, great dining options.
Pros:

Fabulous stay. Incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, attentive (just the right level) and friendly. Spa was nice too. Wish I would have booked more than the one massage I did on my last evening. Food at Sand Bar was delicious too. Breakfasts good. Most notable were the exceptional staff and management team.

Cons:

I needed to have more time for breakfast a couple of the times. That was my fault for cutting the timing too close for my schedule.

Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

The rooms are very cosy, the beds are very comfortable and the washrooms are a very generous size.
I have stayed here as a solo traveller and with family and friends on many occassions. The staff are fantastic 🙂

Kudos to the awesome staff
Pros:

Accommodating staff.

Cons:

There's nothing much to fault except the room lighting needs to be brighter. The dimness of the room leaves one guessing if the beddings, the bedsheets were white or cream in colour. For a hotel that's long in the industry much is expected especially at such a price point per day.

Overall, it's the accommodating and friendly staff that made one's stay worthwhile.

Pros:

Conveniently located

Cons:

Room 722 has window that looks at a wall. You can not see the sky. You can’t see what the weather is like. You should use this room as a closet or give a massive discount to stay there
