La literie et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L'eau de la douche est beaucoup calcaire, peut être voir pour mettre un adoucisseur.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr schönes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war der Lift defekt. Der Koffer musste dementsprechend auf den 3.Stock getragen werden.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber dafür war es laut bis um 24 Uhr und dann wieder ab 5 Uhr.

Ik krijg net een mail om feedback te geven over ons verblijf van dit weekend bij jullie. Nu de link werkt niet, wat niet zo verrassend is want er is wel meer misgelopen dit weekend. De lift die niet werkt, het stof en pluis in de kamer die dus niet gestofzuigd is wil ik nog door de vingers zien. Maar op de kamer ligt een papier waarop staat dat het ontbijt is van 7u30 tot 10. Om 7u40 staan wij in het restaurant waar nog geen beweging is maar waar ook nog iemand ligt te slapen op de bank. We schrikken en gaan even terug de trap op maar komen op onze stappen terug want we waren wel zeker van dat uur. Dus terug beneden komt deze persoon net terug van toilet en zegt dat 7u30 niet klopt dat dat 9u is. Wij gaan even naar boven maar besluiten dan toch ergens in de stad een koffie te gaan drinken tot het 9u is. Dus om 9u staan wij terug in restaurant en zitten daar toch al wat mensen die bediend zijn. We gaan ook zitten maar tegen dat ze komen vragen of we wat willen drinken zijn mensen die na ons binnengekomen zijn al bediend van eten en drinken. Dus tegen 9u25 komt de dienster vragen wat we willen. Mijn vrouw zegt haar even dat dit toch helemaal niet kan. We hadden gereserveerd om 10u in Pairi Daissa en dat gingen we nooit halen. De dienster excuseert zich uitvoerig en geeft toe dat er wat dingen zijn misgelopen. Zou dus graag weten wat u hierover te zeggen heeft of neem ik hier best contact over op met booking?

Nice hotel, good location, EXTREMELY noisy on a weekend.
Pros:

We loved the location and the hotel. It was a comfortable stay and the room was a really good size for a family of 4.

Cons:

We booked as the rooms were advertised as soundproofed. What we didn't realise was the hotel is next door to a nightclub. On the Saturday night it was impossible to sleep. It felt like we were in the nightclub. To have a family room with its room backing on to a nightclub made no sense. This was the only real downside.

À part son emplacement ? Rien… tout est mis dans la décoration! Mais rien n’est bien fait! Il fait salle, ascenseur en panne, Acceuil zéro ( on doit téléphoner à un numéro pour avoir le code d accès ). Dans la chambre , la douche vitre transparente et pas propre , les wc porte coulissante où en entend tout … il y avait un touffe de cheveux par terre , poussière partout sur la robinetterie et l’évier était bouché ! Le personnel… pas du tout professionnel… (heureusement sympathique) mais complètement à côté de la plaque pour tout… au déjeuner la serveuse est complètement débordée alors qu il n y a que 6 tables, les tables ne sont pas débarrassées , on ne peut pas se mettre où on veut… une cliente se met à débarrasser à sa place….. café degueulasse, jus d’orange pas frais … le déjeuner se choisi sur une carte : pain au chocolat et croissant sont degueulasse mon compagnon en a reçu que deux, pas de confiture avec… rien! Les œufs brouillés sont une omelette coupée en morceaux.. la serveuse s’excuse sans cesse mais brasse de l air! Un vrai sketch de séjourner la! Une vrai arnaque vu le prix!

A Hotel elhelyezkedése kétségkívül kiemelkedő...Mons főteréről nyiló kis utcában van.

Cons:

A tisztaság nem az erősségük, a minihűtő koszos volt, a fürdőszoba is csak "sebtiben" kitakarított. Néhány bútor koszos,foltos. Az irodadasaroknak nevezett rész egy íróasztal amit egy az egyben elfoglal a tv.😆
A lift 3napig nem működött, a 4.emeletre cipeltük a keskeny csigalépcsőn a bőröndjeinket, a személyzetből senki nem segített (mondjuk, nem is volt személyzet, egy recepciós hölgy, de Ő is csak reggel7 és delután 5között volt ott). A reggeli elhanyagolható, a bols of cereals egy tál chocapic tejjel, de növényi tej nem is volt. Éjjelente hajnal2ig a szomszédos táncoszenés szórakozóhelyről dübörgött a zene, pihenni nem lehetett addig, szóval füldugó ajánlott ha aludni szeretnél...a hotel egy részében felújítás zajlott, ez sehol nem volt feltüntetve, két este ezért akadozott a vízszolgáltatás...az udvarra néző kilátás egy lifthoak jellegű részre néz egy galambszaros fém csigalépcsőre...részemről nem ajánlom.

Kurztrip in Mons
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage und die Zimmerausstattung sowie das tolle Designe der Zimmer war sehr ansprechend. Auch der reibungslose Check in und Check out sowie auch die freundliche Begrüßung bei Check in.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas mehr licht bekommen und das ein oder andere kleine Detail im Bad müsste mal erneuert bzg. repariert werden (Toilettenpapierhalterung).

Great little hotel but was too loud next to the club . Bar was closed as doing work

Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is top. Je bent binnen 1 minuut op het Grote Plein.

Cons:

De kamer had een vloerkleed die erg vies was. Vol vlekken. Ons advies: haal dit witte kleed weg. Het js te vies voor gasten.
Ook de douche had enkele kalkvlekken, wellicht nog een keer goed schoonmaken.
