Мы были очень уставшими после двух перелётов. Забронировать номер раньше полуночи у нас не получилось, поэтому бронирование было оформлено только на следующие сутки. Мы надеялись, что отель пойдёт нам навстречу, поскольку номер был оплачен.
Однако нам отказали, сославшись на отсутствие свободных номеров. При этом мы уверены, что свободные номера были, так как примерно за полчаса до бронирования на сайте ещё отображалась доступность.
Мы приехали в отель на такси из аэропорта примерно в 5 часов утра. Вместо того чтобы попытаться помочь нам или предложить какое-либо решение, сотрудник отеля просто сказал таксисту: «Отвезите их обратно, у нас нет свободных номеров».
Считаем такое отношение к гостям, особенно после двух перелётов и в столь раннее время, совершенно неприемлемым.

Pros:

Was a good value and nice comfortable room. It is 15-20 min walk from the metro going directly from SAW

Cons:

Other thank the proximity to the airport there is nothing around, it is right in an industry area and it can be hard even to find some food, i had to order. So i would recommend this place mainly for layover when you want to relax and sleep

Pros:

It was close to the airport and very clean and comfortable with functioning facilities. One staff member was helpful but it was more of a professional feeling than a friendly one, but it was perfect for an airport stopover! Restaurant was closed but the menu had really good value for money and authentic Turkish food

At times it felt a bit unstable when heavy vehicles passed on the road. Sadly the restaurant was closed
