So happy we chose World Heritage for our stay!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay. Clean room, bathroom, spacious closet for unpacking, water bottles. My family and I gasped when we saw the view of the Blue Mosque from our upper floor triple room window. And the rooftop gives you almost a 360° view of Sultanahmet, the Sea of Marmara, the Asian side, the Princes’ Islands, a glimpse of Galata Tower in Beyoğlu. You could sit up there for hours gazing out and still feel like you weren’t ”stuck” at the hotel. The rooftop was in great shape (contrary to older comments) with comfy couches and a quiet rooftop café. We thought hungry seagulls would constantly be swooping down on any rooftop in this town, but not a one came near us.

I loved the breakfast and its many Turkish options; we didn’t even end up going out to a restaurant with Turkish breakfast, because the breakfast buffet was so complete (try the rose jam, delectable!). Lots of healthy options that fueled me until 4 in the afternoon. My only complaint is there was no simit offered at any hotel breakfast we experienced at three different hotels in Istanbul. Boring white bread, instead. :-(

The staff were so kind and helpful, there are ATM machines just outside the entrance, and of course the nicely located Sultanahmet tram stop that is your base to anywhere in the city or to the Princes’ Islands (ex: lunch and a promenade walk up the Bosphorus by tram/bus, dinner in Asia by ferry). Get your hands on an Istanbulkart (card) to use on any mode of public transport for convenient flexibility (tram, bus, funicular, metro, ferry, and some bathrooms).

And lastly, download a white noise app on your phone! When playing it, we were never bothered by street or hallway noise.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul!

Cons:

No simit at breakfast, and that we couldn’t spend more than four nights there. :-)

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, die Sauberkeit war top, und die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nur wenige Minuten von der Sultan-Ahmed-Moschee, der Hagia Sophia, und die Metro ist direkt nebenan. Ein absolutes Highlight war zudem die Terrasse von dort aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Perfect location, exceptional staff service, great views
Pros:

The gentleman at reception went the extra mile to accommodate our early arrival and even helped with breakfast. He also helped with a map and told us when to explore what and then helped with tickets. The location is walking distance from all major sightseeing places/tourist attractions. They also helped with a taxi to our new destination. Definitely the friendliest and most serving person we encountered in Istanbul!

Cons:

I am not a breakfast person, so I might be the wrong person to give a comment but a Turkish breakfast was something new if you are not use to it.

Amazing
Pros:

We only staged a night and had a budget room. It was clean and the bed was comfy.
I found the staff extremely helpful and honest and the location was fantastic to see main sights in Sultanahmet

Perfekte Lage, herzlicher Empfang, super Hotel!
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, wurden herzlich empfangen. Service erste Klasse. Sightseeing Tips gegeben, war äußert hilfreich.
Frühstück excellent und ausreichend. In der Lobby wurde immer Tee, Kaffee angeboten.
Istanbulcard wurde uns für die Reise ausgeborgt, war nicht nötig eine zu besorgen. Lage perfekt, Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Sensationelle Aussicht aus der Terrasse!
Im großen und ganzen alles Top. Sehr zu empfehlen. Beim verlassen wurden wir mit einer Istanbul Tragetasche beschenkt.

You will be hard pressed to find a better place.
Pros:

Everything. Ideal Location, beautiful, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, beyond fabulous roof deck view of the Blue Mosque, and the most helpful staff you will find in Istanbul, especially our favorite person, Musa.

Cons:

I’m being picky but the pillows could be softer.
